This is one of the best accommodations I have stayed in. Everything you need is in the room. Kitchen utensils, pans, plates, glasses are all provided. There is a fridge, plenty of cupboards, conduction oven, and toaster if you plan to cook your meals. You should also eat in Mc Donalds, just two blocks from the apartment. It's not your usual fast food restaurant because it looks more like a museum. There is a lot of abstract painting/art and the furniture are nicely decorated. It takes dining experience to a whole new level. Toiletries are also provided including hair dryer. I enjoyed the very comfortable bed and sofa. Staff are very helpful and quickly reply with my calls. Strategic location because it is just a few minutes walk from bus stops, tram stops and the subway. It's also near restaurants, shops and a supermarket. I highly recommend this place. I will be staying here when I visit Budapest again. Thank you Tatra.

Pros- great location, few minutes from the under ground station and 20 minutes walk to the Danube river. Apartment was very clean and although extremely small it was fine for the 2 of us. Cons- We were met upon arrival and shown to the apartment, he was in a hurry to meet with another guest to check in but briefly explained that the window blind had been broken the day before our arrival but we could use the curtain. At no point during our 4 night stay was the blind repaired and I don't believe that it had only just been broken the night before our arrival. The curtain was only 1 panel wide and offered no privacy from people walking passed looking in. The lights from the courtyard lit the room up in the evening so a good nights sleep was so hard to get! In fact we didn't sleep well the whole of our 4 night stay. The sofa bed was arched up in the middle meaning my head was lower than my body even with the 2 pillows it was far too uncomfortable to sleep. We asked for an airport transfer, I said we needed to be at the airport 2 hours before our flight but the man who checked us in insisted we didn't need that much time and had pre booked our transfer with no room for manoeuvre on the time, we only just made our flight in time as the queues in the airport check in, security and immigration were long and slow. We could have very easily missed our flight due to having our transfer booked far too late. If you book a transfer then please insist on leaving early, don't take no for an answer. There was a problem with homeless vacating their bladders in the entrance to the apartment block, off putting to say the least. We were so excited to stay here as the previous reviews were so good but I would definitely not stay here again. We booked the superior apartment which is apartment 2 avoid if you can and book the lesser priced apartment which has blinds, they look the same size apart from the corridor ours had.

I like this hotel very much. I stayed several times in this hotel, however I stayed in several other hotels in Budapest. This is for me the best one. I prefer it compared to many other hotels in Budapest. Close to the center, close to the main streets, close to the Danube river, etc...Good food, excellent breakfast, nice bar, people very pleasant and helpful. I like the free of charge Internet connection. Rooms are comfortable. This is a really good hotel to stay for 3 or 4 nights.

The one-bedroom apartment is centrally located, a few minutes' walk to the Nyugati metro station and near the tram stops for No. 2, 4 and 6. Very spacious with high ceilings and lovely wooden furniture, while the kitchen area was well-equipped with all the basic utensils, microwave, oven and gas stove. Apart from the king-sized bed in the bedroom, there is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Quiet surroundings and very pleasant stay overall. The owner, Laszlo, was very helpful in pointing out the eateries in the neighbourhood as well as main sights in Budapest. All in all, would definitely recommend to everyone!

For me this apartement is the Best thing I can get. Value of money, the location near to tram station very easy and confinient to go every where. Specially the staff very help full, informed me in details and very clear how I can get to the apartement from the bus station. I wish this company have more service apartement in another cities as well it would be very great.

Excellent Hotel, with Spa included in the room prices which allows you to fully relax and enjoy thermal waters. The Spa section provides three amazing thermal pools, along with other services which must be booked in advance (massages, salt therapy ecc). The price you pay is hundred percent worth by the thermal pools alone! If you request in advance the superior rooms (6th floor, by paying a little bit more than the standard price) you will enjoy an amazing view on the Danube. We were delighted with such view! The only minus we noticed about the rooms is that a) they were not very large/spatious and felt a bit small & b) you can't open the windows which are kept locked and without the handle. This felt a little strange since we usually need to open windows to air out the room and get a little fresh air ourselves. Nothing else except these odd things. The hotel is kept always very clean and tidy and the hotel staff is professional, discreet, kind and friendly. A wonderful experience we had also in the hotel restaurant both at dining (during which you choose between the a la carte service and selfservice dishes) and breakfast. The breakfast is super rich and includes a wide variety of foods ranging from the classic european breakfast (based on some pastry and croissants) to the typical north american one (fried/scrumbled eggs, bacon, salami) but also includes a spot for those oriented towards a more healthy/organic breakfast. Also it has a very rich variety of fruits. Only downside regarding breakfast is the lack of freshly made cakes and pies! It would be awesome being able to find some tasty cheesecakes, muffins, puddings or apple pies! Albeit there's nothing to say about the food quality which is very good (both in the morning and during the evening). The position of the structure is also strategic. It was a good stay. The room was normal. The best part about our stay was that the receptionist let us check in early at about 10 even though our designated room was not ready. We had a long train ride to budapest from prague and we needed to freshen up. We explained that to her, and she was able to find another available room that we could check in to. She was also very friendly and helpful! Not like other locals in budapest.

i liked this accomodation: i booked a studio and it had everything i needed for a simple yet not touristy life. the kitchenette was equipped and nothing was missing, the bathroom was clean, the room had even a sofa for watching tv and a table with chairs and a huge drawer. everything you can normally need is there and it's excellent for a long stay, too. the price was a bit high for my liking, but this is another topic. plus that in the end i felt quite ok and thought it was worth it - for my short stay. oh, and i had a nice view from the balcony - to the church. there's also a restaurant near the front desk

We had read the previous comments about this hotel which were all positive, a main factor in deciding to chose the Adina. I can now confirm all the praise as justified as, within one day, the staff immediately recognised you as a guest, all requests to help with booking tours, taxis etc were carried out very efficiently and with a smile. If the arrangements could not be confirmed immediately we were informed by telephone whenever they were. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped though the bedroom was a tad small. Not mentioned is their association with a local restaurant "Kanaan" who can deliver to the hotel or you can obtain a voucher at reception and charge to your room when dining at the restaurant. Excellent food and, again, friendly staff. If you love walking to the sights this is the place for you or the underground station is two minutes walk away. Quiet location at night, our room overlooked the garden.

Grand hotel Margitsziget is top for people who like 1900 old style, combined with access to modern thermal facilities: Steam baths, several pools (biggest 20m long). The area around is a parc without traffic, ideal for children, jogging and walkabouts. In summer, terrace, a beer garden and an outdoor pool are available. Good bus/tram connection to the city, spacious free parking for residents. Price/quality relation for rooming and nutrition is excellent.

Fabulous hotel on Margarit Island. Beautiful surroundings (if you are in to flowers, river views, tranquility, etc.). The room and the bathroom was exquisitely designed. We liked it so much that we took photos for renovation ideas of our own house. The only negative was the bath towels. Thin and bare. Everything else was 5 star but the bath towels were a shocking disappointment.

This place is exceptional. Its a carefully thought through concept, artfully created with the best materials, spacious, and very well maintained. You will like all the small details, that truly express an extraordinarily kind attitude of the host and manager, a couple that lives in the house and assists you with joy. It was a very pleasant stay and I will book it again.

The Hostel is located in a nature conservation area, close to the Margaret Bridge, and it took only five minutes to reach the public transportation. The accomodation is clean, which also has a beautiful huge terrace, and the stuff is up-to-date and flexible. The house policy contains some things such as: after 10 pm you have to keep the silence providing the guests a restful sleep. The fully equipped kitchen can be used at any time of the day and at the bottom of the hostel you can find a pub which depending on the weather offers some kind of specialties and you can choose from many varieties.( The langos was the best one)On the Island also has sport swimming pool, Japanese garden and a little Zoo which offers a lot of opportunities. I think one day way too enough to explore not just the city but the Island also. I highly recommend this accommodation not just for a day but for more nights!The taxi cannot go inside the Island, so you have to go by walk or rent a bike etc...

Very nice apartment (internally) with a great TV which kept my child entertained during downtime. A nice welcome with drinks and snacks in the fridge. The use of the mobile 4G phone as a travelling hotspot was a nice bonus (although it wasn't needed) and an open whatsApp group for any queries you have about the apartment. The Letting company was very helpful and friendly. Location was quiet, central and close to transport links.

Nice well equipped clean and warm flat in a convenient location. Communications from the owner however were kind of bizarre as he made some absurd accusations and canceled my reservation then backed tracked on that when they realized they had me confused with another booking. Then when we met to get the keys he wanted nearly double what was agreed to on Agoda, and again back tracking. If shenanigans like this dont bother you then the flat is as advertised and quite comfortable.

There was no hot water or heat during my stay. I was not offered any compensation. The unit is in a great location but a ton of construction going on outside the apartment at the moment. The unit is spacious and airy but dark and quiet. Otherwise its just OK. Its also not a true 2 bedroom... More like one bedroom plus loft. So if you need two bedrooms that are private this might not work. I didn't mind the place but will look for something else next time.
