Great location, clean, friendly staff”
The apartment is very close to the Nankai Namba Station and so going to and from the Kansai airport is a breeze. There is a mall nearby, but within walking distance is the Namba and Shinsaibashi shopping areas. There are several convenience stores and restaurants within a one minute walk. The place is very clean and spacious by Japan standards, and it was nice that the kitchen was well equipped. The shower area was also spacious. The bed was comfortable enough, even if not hotel grade. It was also great that they provided a pocket wifi which we could bring around. I would definitely stay here again. Some suggestions though: hooks to hang coats on and maybe a lobby/waiting area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s spacious compared to many other apartments in Osaka. Space was clean, and there was a washing machine which was important to us. There was also a stove, microwave, and fridge. Theres 2 rooms, both of which have good strong AC. Location is very close to Nankai NAmba, but to get to the many sites of attraction, there’s a long walk from Nankai NAmba station to the other rail company’s stations. The walk is underground. We didn’t mind the walk; however when you have luggage, it can be challenging. The only thing I would list as a con is that the beds have seen better days. They have lost their cushion. Same with the pillows. Another con is that their pocket WiFi’s battery is busted. Luckily, we had our own pocket WiFi. Overall, we had a great stay. We enjoyed the space and having all the day to day facilities we needed. We would stay here again.

Location is very convenient: 5-min walk from airport express and 15-min walk covering Tsutenkaku (South) to Shinsaibashisuji (North). If your trip is mainly for shopping and eating in Osaka, this is highly recommended. Facilities are well-equipped. The space is good enough for my family: 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 opened full-sized luggage bags. Staff are friendly and helpful. We left our luggage till 6pm on the last day of the trip. Look forward to visiting again!

Completely and friendly. The room maybe small but with full household appliance. The most advantage of this apartment is travelling. This apartment is near to Namba station so we can travelling very conveniently. Personally, I like their service the most, the staff try to communicate with us in our language. I really recommend this place for the traveller who want to travel in Osaka area.

난카이난바역에서 걸어서 5분거리에 있습니다 한국인 직원분이 주간에 상주하고 있습니다 시설도 좋습니다만 저녁에는 여성분들같은 경우 좀 무서울수도 있을거 같네요 다음에도 이용할 의사가 있습니다

시트 청결도, 룸 컨디션 모두 좋았습니다. 수건도 많이 준비되어 있었고, 부족하면 요청해 달라고 하셔서 필요한 만큼 더 받아서 사용했어요. 일본식 아파트로 지어져 있어서 화장실 별도, 세면대 , 욕실 구분되어 있기 때문에 여럿이 사용하기 좋은 구조구요, 방 자체는 크지 않지만 방 두개에 두명씩 4명 묶기에는 충분했습니다. 처음에 찾아갈때는 길도 헤멧고 큰길로 가다보니 난바역에서 20분정도 걸렸었는데 나중에 익숙해져서 시장 통과해서 다니니 역까지 10분정도면 충분 했어요.
