Budget hotel near the center of Berlin. There is a bus or metro stop nearby. Breakfast was good but could be better. Because of the thin walls it was sometimes a bit noisier, but everything within the standards. Good value for money.

Very good situation close to public transports and walking distance from Alexanderplatz, East Side Gallery and various clubs! The private twin room was just what we needed space and facility wise! Great vibes in the lobby and very nice and helpful staff! Couldn’t have hoped for better! Definitely recommend!!!

good hostel , but angry, unprofessional staff on 3.January morning”
who even said hello to ,,a ghost ,, somwhere behind me, aparently she was not happy with my booking, asked weird proving questions, if i ,,did a new reservation,, ,veven not checking it continued asking ...,,for 1 night,,. So I had to more polite and answer weird questions. What a pity, there used to be really nice, professional staff, but just for short.

Great value for money, especially with the group rooms. Not that close to the centre but only a 25 minute journey on the bus/metro. If you're looking to visit Berlin's infamous clubs the hostel is in a great location. Overall can't fault it.

its bad, when a receptionist is unprofessional and shows her bad mood”
or to be important. You dont answer to on her level, answeringher,weird questions about booking ,,if its new, if its for 1 night etc.,,, but still she spreads bad atmosphere around. Even more pitty, when there used to be proffessional, nice receptionist,- but just for short.

Very friendly staff, facilities were good, they even have free lockers if you bring a lock. Location is really good, our room was clean. The only con could be the bathroom size but for the price I have nothing to complain about!

kitchen ”
as i tried to give 20 euros in Swedish crowns, the friendly manager even took my keycard, and thats , cause he ,,trusts me,,. 1 week ago they reinforced defence of kitchen, probably following the advices of least proffesional, weird workers. Long before 22pm start coming 2 security guys, followed by 2 technical staff , who exactly at 22 pm stand in the door, till ,, the guests,, escape from kitchen with not swallowed food in their mouths and in their plates. Very s unpleasant, unprofessional, weird older woman serving breakfast. As I was ,,awarded,, with chip by hostel for helping a lot to their guest its ok. But if I'd paid for such service, its not ok.

Excellent Budget Option”
Excellent location for access to Kreuzberg, Neukölln, and Mitte via U8 (two blocks away), SBahn a few blocks away too. The rooms are clean and small, the building quiet, and the staff very friendly. Good cafe across the street. Only downside is very limited hot water, but otherwise great!

Best Value for its location”
The location is close to the Alexanderplatz and city center. The room is clean. You can easily find an elevator, so don't worry of you bring your children stroller with you. We arrive really early in the morning and we can get an early check-in at 11.00 without extra cost! The amanities are standard but I don't get toothpaste and toothbrush there. The breakfast is worth it with all-you-can-eat breads, slices of meat, boiled eggs, bananas, apples, pancake, juices, and even sereals, coffe and hot choco drinks. The friendliness of the staff is gold!

Very good internet, clean toilets, clean rooms, nice staff, nice reception hall with many tables to use your computer and/or socialize. The only little downside, and actually I don't know if it is always like this or if it is a corona measure, but to use the kitchen you need to ask for the card, instead of just leaving it open for anyone to use. I mean, there is a camera anyway, so I don't see how anyone could steal or break anything (without getting caught). Oerall I give this hostle a 4,9 our of 5

One of the best”
the hostel has everything, it was a very nice stay similar to the one in Prague(same company). Just pay attention to the shared kitchen use, because they ask 20€ to give you a access key to the kitchen, but you have to return it within a maximum of 1hour if you want your 20€ back. This isn’t written anywhere, they tell you. So ask whenever you have a doubt. At the end it was everything fine.

Got a double room with an ensuite for 40€/night. Linen and towels were included, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo. We stayed for 3 nights and house keeping came to check in once but we didn’t need anything. Check in is at 3 but I arrived early at 2:30 and they still let me check in which was very fast and easy.
