24/7 checkin desk, vending machine with water and snacks, great breakfast area. Very modern hostel, i booked a single room, it was on the 4th floor under the rooftop and with little window but it’s minor. Clean and nice bathroom with hair dryer. The room was a bit cold but it has climate control, so i managed to warm it up real quick. The only thing i did not understood is why only 1 person allowed on the elevator, so i preferred to avoid using it. Also the staff kindly allowed me to leave my bags for few hours after check out.

This hostel was ideal for a family vacation. It is located in the city center. The room is adequate, clean, and cozy. I will think about booking again if I go to Budapest, either alone or with my family.

Good room, capacity as toy request. Cool common area for work. Just so rude, al 10 am some one open the door, wait inside to tell that we have to leave, but I was in the shower. But the rest of the staff and hostel very good.

Beware for extra charge!”
We were surprised when the hostel charged extra fee for the bed sheets. This is the first time we were asked to pay for the very basic amenities, literally, not even in the other A&O hostels! It was understandable for the towel, but the sheets?? Ridiculous

A good hostel for a few days cheap accommodation during a weekend stay in Budapest. Rooms modern, relatively clean. I negatively assess the lack of lockers for personal belongings locked with a key or cipher and the situation with the exchange of beds, because another guest claimed that he had reservations for a specific bed number.

I booked only one night a 6-bed-mixed-room. It worked for me. I met very nice people from all around the world. The internet connection and the staff were great.

Cleanliness issues!”
The hostel/hotel is nice, newly refurbished building in a nice area. Very close to all the main attractions in Budapest. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but that was expected. However, cleanliness is very bad. We had a bag of garbage by our door for a whole day, even though we notified the staff about it. Dust is everywhere, on bed frames, floor, on the walls and shelves. Hair on sheets! We raised the issue to reception, and they claimed that the cleaners are not employees of the hotel, and they are being changed! This affecting the hotel rating and must be taken seriously, because otherwise this is a good place and would be recommended.

The reception is unwelcome, check-in was disaster with unexperienced receptionists, they got taxes again from us even we paid before. We booked for 3 peoples but they seperated one of us to another room. Long queue at reception. The room which they assigned for us mini size and had a broken window, so we heard all the night noise from street. The beds were super uncomfortable and even they arent giving you sheets for free.

staff was miserable, rooms were gross and the beds were super uncomfortable. rooms had next to no ventilation and were beyond stuffy all throughout the day. asides from the location, this place doesn’t have much to offer.

I booked a single room for one night a week ago before I arrived. I had a confirmation as well. The receptionist said that they don't have a room... What?? R: I see that you have a reservation, but we don't have that room free. I didn't make any scene or get out myself. I left. And he doesn't give me any option where to go and stay. Shame on the whole thing. I would not recommend that place to anyone. Laszlo from Debrecen.
