Stayed in a double private room, very clean and friendly staff, had to stay another day with very easy process. A station is close by foot that can take you to hbf and basically everywhere.

Great but… Need to pay for Bedsheets”
Great stay. Receptionist was okay. Not very friendly but not rude as well. Only that you need to pay for the bedsheet. Apparently the room doesn’t include the bedsheet. U need to pay like 3.85euro for the bedsheet. The rest was okay. Bathroom clean and room is heated nicely.

Inexpensive no frills hostel”
We had a good stay at the hotel. Checking in took a bit longer because the staff couldn’t find my booking in the system but all was resolved within 15 minutes. Our room was clean and spacious. Could do with firmer pillows though. Staff who attended to us were polite and professional and made us feel welcome. Parking cost €15 a day which is a bit on the steep side.

The whole concept of an affordable city hotel with convenient bunk beds in the room is very suitable for families with kids. It was very convenient and the location was good too, however parking would be an issue. I can totally recommend this hotel for families

Everything was good , all the staff was great and lovely (10/10 ) except one guy his name is Ahmed working in the reception his wasn’t good at all with males, show off and not helpful, I was at night and it was possible to extend my booking for more nights but he didn’t want to do his job and told me that the system work only in the morning, he send me away like he is the owner, by the way he like to serve only girls,

⭕The kitchen is larger! ❌But many people take our food from the refrigerator! That's so mad! ❌The location is not so near by the central station. 20 Minutes by foot or taking U12 from the central station for 3 Minutes (But the ticket for one way is 2.5€)

They don’t clean the rooms”
The rooms only APPEARS to most people who are fooled by the linen being changed. My room has never been clean. I had to go get house keeping to which blood off the wall and door of the bathroom. The shower was never cleaned. I had to clean it myself every time I took a shower. I had to even ask housekeepers to use their mop to clean the floor as the Floor was so FILTHY. Don’t thing the toilet had every been cleaned until I purchased cleans wipes and used the had soap for the inside of the toilet bowl. To be fair to them though… They DID Chang the bathroom linen only and take out the trash.
