Poorly organized”
At 3am , we were moved to another room with all our belongings because someone else took over our bed, due to a mistake in booking. we were moved to a room without knowing who is there, stuck with two massive snoring males (a room for 6, that is super tight) and felt insecure. Then at 6 am a drunk 3rd appeared. no sleep whatsoever. Reson to move us like that and wake everyone up - not to open a new room to save on cleaning fees... Seriously uncomfortable.

Busy place”
This place works on volume and although the staff are super helpful and have to deal with very rude people, they really need to get a 3rd person on reception at busy times. This is the kind of place you would take a school group and the photos make it look way way better than it is (false advertising). I don't really want to say this as the guy on the reception really did his best to help me but for the price (which was the most expensive room I stayed in in my travel across Germany it was also the worst room I stayed in and I would never pay that much had I known what I was getting myself in for in the first place. The lesson is to not just go by their photos as they make it seem better than it is.

Review for A&O Hostel Weimar”
I must unfortunately recount a less than pleasant experience at the A&O Hostel in Weimar. During my stay, I lost my Galaxy Buds Live. Realizing this, I promptly contacted the staff and requested them to check their Lost & Found, just a few hours after the potential loss. I described exactly where I lost it. After my check-out, I once again reached out, asking if any member of the staff had subsequently found my earbuds, but I was met with disappointing disregard. It was as if my requests for assistance were completely ignored. This lack of adequate customer service and seemingly indifferent attitude towards guest's concerns left me quite unsatisfied with my experience at the hostel.

Sauberes Hostel Freundliche Leute am empfang. Leider kosten handtücher und Bettzeugs extra. Leider lüftung etwas wenig was problematisch sein kann wenn jemand stinkende füße und schuhe hat.

Ich buche ein Vierbettzimmer mit Verlängerungsnacht und musste für die 2 Nacht das Zimmer wechseln und 2 x für die Kinder die Bettwäsche selber draufziehen. Da die Bettwäsche nicht im Zimmer lag und ich sie mir nich holen musste, sollte ich noch 3 € extra zahlen. Schlechter Service.

Der Preis für 4 Übernachtungen von 142€ war der günstigste den wir ergattern konnten zu der Zeit. Das Zimmer war größer als gedacht und es gab sogar einen Fön. Das Personal ist oft überfordert weil sie gleichzeitig an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum arbeiten. Wir haben in der Küche alles gefunden, was wir benötigen. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, wir benötigten ca. 25 min um im Zentrum Weimars zu sein. Es fahren aber auch Busse und diese halten sogar direkt vor dem Hostel/Hotel. Weimar war für uns eine historisch, kulinarische Reise.

Das Hostel diente nur als Zwischenstopp nach Berlin und lag somit sehr gelegen da nicht fern von der Autobahn. Mitarbeiter waren sehr witzig drauf und gaben gute Tipps!🌞

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis für die Unterkunft. ”
Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich wollte nicht soviel Geld für die Unterkunft investieren.Da kam mir das A/O Hotel genau richtig. Ich konnte spontan ein Zimmer buchen. Es war ein sauberes und ordentliches Zimmer auf der Hinterseite. Vorderseite liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in ca.15 Minuten erreichbar. Ansonsten gibt es auch die Fahrmöglichkeit mit dem ÖPNV vor dem Eingang zum Hotel. Mitarbeiter müssen Check-in und Bar gleichzeitig bedienen, so dass es zu Wartezeiten beim einchecken kommen kann. Speise-/Getränkeangebot kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich in der Innenstadt Restaurant s besucht habe.

Für weniger Geld haben wir einen Tag später in Kölns Innenstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Doms in einem sehr gepflegten Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstücksbüffet übernachtet.

Ver buiten centrum, goede kamer, schoon”
A&O-hostel Weimar ligt 15 lopen van het station. Bus kost 2e50 enkele reis. Ligt aan drukke weg. Faciliteiten zijn goed in orde. Ontbijt is niet heel smaakvol maar uitgebreid. Was verder schoon en rustig.
