This is my second time for stay in this hotel when I went to early fight. Staff very good. Room so clean. Breakfast many to choose and delicious. I will come back for stay here again if come to visit Hokkaido.

Best hotel to stay for next day flight out of CTS”
Rather than paying one more night in our ski resorts, we always opt to come up here to spend the night. CTS domestic terminal has so much shopping and eating. Great triple room, buffet breakfast but the location cannot be beat.

Excellent Hotel”
This is right inside new chitose domestic airport. When we got out of the arrival area, it was just a few steps on the left side. We just have to take the elevator and we're there. The buffet breakfast is excellent with lots of excellent choices. The amenities are also great and super quiet inspite of the fact that it is just right beside the airport and its runways.

Excellent choice for a one night stay in Chitose. The adjacent shopping centre has many interesting shops with great local foods and handcrafts. There are several great Japanese restaurants, an onsen at the hotel and they serve a great buffet style breakfast. Close to buses, JR rail and car hire locations.

Quiet room with sunrise view”
The hotel is located at the domestic terminal. Easily accessed from international terminal by 10-15 minutes walk. The room is quiet and has all the amenities you need. One thing I find odd is that there is no air conditioning or heater in the room but instead they provide a humidifier that functions like a cooling fan. Do take note that this could be a bit of problem as the room gets too dry and woke up with dry blood in my nose. Breakfast buffet was an ample selections of western and japanese options. They provide free coupon for onsen but I did not make use of it as I check in almost near closing time. For an uninterrupted sleep, I would highly recommend this hotel as I don't have to rush to check in early in the morning as previously I stayed in Sapporo city and had to catch the earliest train to the airport and felt like it was a bit rushed.

Best spot for viewing planes in the room. Though located at the airport, the sound did not penetrate into the room. Excellent location when you just come our of your lift and ready for departure.

Any easy place to stay after a long day of travel. Literally 29 steps from baggage claim. Comfy beds and fully stocked bathroom. Was perfect for my teens and myself for one night after. A late arrival. Decent breakfast and staff is friendly. Great value and would stay again.

Air Terminal Hotel was located at the New Chitose Airport itself. During day time you can shop around the duty free shop such as food, beverage, wine, chocolate, souvenir, electrical, cloth & etc. Besides, you can experiences the ramen street, cafe, sushi bar, pub, children play ground and many more here. Since the hotel located at the airport, there's no worries on the JR train, buses and taxi. But you need aware that, the Chitose Airport will close at 10 pm. So, you need to arrange your transport to departure earlier. The hotel facilities was great ! I love the Open Air Onsen the most; especially after you have finished shopping and travelling whole day. The moment you soak in the natural Onsen it was so relax and it helps you to release the muscle pain. The hotel also provide the wifi, hot bath, water, tv, fridge, air-refresher & etc. It would be great, if the hotel able to provide a further discount. Definitely, I will be back to stay at this hotel next visit to Hokaiddo!

Air terminal -Literally, the hotel is inside the airport -Hotel entrance is on 1F and 2F while lobby is on 3F -Nearby Domestic departure floor 2F where we took next morning flight to NGO -Free admission to Oasis onsen 4F. Need to get a ticket from front desk -Great variety of Japanese and western breakfast -Walking out of hotel, you would see lots of shops and restaurants -Smile road (Hello Kitty, Doraemon themed areas and Royce shop) is on 3F
