Best location to stay in Bahrain”
Al Manzil Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Bahrain. Very accessible to supermarket, malls, restaurant and hang out places. We really enjoyed our stay in Al Manzil because it is near Al Jazira which offers non Muslim product (pork products). All staffs are polite, friendly and provide excellent customer service. We booked their 3 bedrooms suite which has 3 toilets, big living room and spacious kitchen. We are planning to stay again in Al Manzil for our future visit in Bahrain. - Carl from Riyadh, KSA

All other aspects like the cleanliness of the room and the amenities are great. They just have to take care of the linens and towels. It should smell good. It looks soiled especially the towels. But they are very accommodating when you ask for a new one.

Wrong Room”
I booked a studio room that was showing washing machine and microwave are in there room but the fact there are none. They calimed it's a mistake by agoda. No upgrade was giving. So don't expect much from a studio here as you can find similar or better at lower rate somewhere else.

Not terrible, but not great”
Good if you need a place with a full kitchen and washing machine, but otherwise there are better places for the same price. Everything is a bit run down, the bath water gets extremely hot, but then goes cold, and the bed was very springy. The provided espresso cups are not big enough to drink tea from. When I asked for bigger cups, I was told they weren't available. The TV was quite old, and wouldn't work with my Chromecast. There's no nightclub in the building, so it was nice and quiet, and the internet was good. The pool is fine.

Cost cutting model”
In fact it wasn't the best experience despite the good rate. Advantages, truly big room. Well equipped with appliances except for the TV as it's small and not smart as well as very short list of channels. Also excellent parking space. Disadvantages, they are somehow annoying as complimentary tea and coffe are only for the first day, the toilet supplies are on low replacement as they don't replace the used things on daily basis. Moreover, the major disappointment was the cleaning level as it was obvious the ground is so dirty and dust will stuck to the feet. WC leakage which they could not fix in proper way, and the bathtub as well don't keep the water in as there is leakage I couldn't figure. Lastly uncomfortable matters despite they replaced it for me. As a conclusion: it's I rate them as 5 out of 10 in general. As they lack the ability to satisfy the customer in the best way, very bad maintenance plan and renovation is a must. Hint: they aim to cut cost from offering always less what you need. I have seen a hotel do that in my whole past experiences.

النظافة سيئة في حال الاتصال بهم لايأتون بنفس الوقت - الاسرة و المخلفات اخذت يوم كامل لتغيرها - لايوجد تفاهم في طاقم العمل - تجربة سيئة لن تتكرر مرة اخرى - تم طلب مبلغ اضافي قيمة نص يوم لاضافه ساعتين وحين القبول بالدفع لنص يوم لم يتم تمديد الساعتين وطالبو بالخروج . Cleanliness is bad if you contact them, they do not come at the same time - beds and waste took a whole day to change - there is no understanding in the staff - a bad experience that will not be repeated again - an additional amount was requested for half a day to add two hours and when payment was accepted for half a day, the two hours were not extended and they demanded to go out. Bad experience / whole day and the air conditioner is down

A family hotel my family will definitely go back to”
The apartment was plenty spacious and clean for our brood of 5 (three under the age of 5). It is bare bones, and for a family with young children that is just how we like it because we don't want them asking "Can we eat the snacks the hotel leaves us?" The only area that was dirty were the balconies (it has two), which I imagine are a bear to keep clean. It did include complimentary breakfast, which was certainly not fancy but filled our belly as needed. Our family will definitely stay at Al Manzil again.
