Had wonderful time again, especially the hospitality of staff especially Mr Faisal who was very kind and welcoming. Definitely will come back to the place. Location is great just next to many good restaurants. Parking is available easily. Will surely recommend this.

Large Rooms, excellent location in Aziziya. Lot of Pakistani and Indian shops and eateries around. Aziziya and Flamingo Mall are just 5 minutes drive.

Dirty hotel.. bathrooms are leaking..dust all around the room. No room service at all. Staffs are on high attitude..Front office staff (Egyptian) is not very happy in dealing with Agoda booked guest. I forgot something in room. It was very difficult to find as no properly managed..

The Hotel is in a dire need of renovation... On top of it the reception staff on duty (night 4th Feb) had low patience and was rude to guests. Broken bathroom fixtures and faulty lightening in rooms. Creaking lifts and glass doors... A horrible experience

Worth the money”

The hotel is at a very good location with all the restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. I would like to stay in the same hotel now whenever I visit Jeddah and everything is accessible from the hotel location.

Pathetic Worst Service”

Hotel staff no idea of English numbers. Repeatedly denied my confirmed reservation. He was not able to follow the number correctly to verify despite repeating it multiple times. Frustrated I asked for a booking to make he charged extra money citing tax. I was in no mood to argue so gave him. Room dirty, refrigerator you do not will even to touch dusty dirty, rooms smell of old building, cockroaches on the floor, toilets uncleaned, toilet faucets annoying, bed smells. I strongly don't recommend. It looks good from outside but rooms inside are worst do not fall for the lighting and attraction, just go check the lift condition and you will know.

الشقق جيده النظافه والصيانه ليست بالشكل المطلوب طلبي في الموقع لغير المدخنين رايحة الدخان تنبعث من الشقه المجاوره بشكل كبير ينبغي على المسؤال تخصيص دور على الاقل لغير المدخنين وصرامه في ذلك عانيت كثيرا من هذا الامر المواقف قليله جدا جدا ولا تفي بالغرض ابواب دورات المياه الزجاجيه للترويش مفككه ولا يوجد صيانه لها لا يوجد صابون فقط اكياس شامبو ٢ بالعدد لكل دورات المياه فوط للترويش لا يوجد غير فوط صغيره للغايه ولا تفي بالغرض الخدمه جيده وليست ممتازه الموقع جيد الموظفين ممتازين ومتعاونين ولكن الظروف او المتواجد لا تخدمهم لتقديم الافضل

تم تأخير دخولي رغم ان الغرف متوفره على اجودا، لا تثق في اجودا ولا تثق في استقبال الشقق. رغم التقييم العالي الا اني انصدمت بالتعامل من الموظفين ومن عدم ضمان حجزي في اجودا، الموظفين لا يعترفون بتطبيق اجودا وخدمة العملاء في اجودا لا تتجاوب الا بعد فترة طويلة
