The hotel is a very fancy hotel. The location is great but the area is so crowded but in the center of Riyadh. In general the hotel is great especially car parking is really convenient. but the most inconvenient is the gate of the hotel and how to get to the hotel. But i love it and i will stay in this hotel again.
There was no resturant to eat lunch in Holiday Inn Olaya building that I stayed. The resturant was in the adjacent building and you need to walk to that hotel in the hot sun to the other building. Breakfast was good and overall hotel was clean.

The whole flat I’ve got is nice. I like it for affordable value. The receptionist is accommodating as expected. Though, the facilities looks clean, I saw some stains on the couch. The location is hard to find. It would be more ok if there’s a convenient store 24/7 near to the hotel.

The hotel staff are not professional at all. The room A/C was not working and the hotel management did not change the room for us. Their excuse was that the hotel was full, and didn't even bother themselves to apologize.

it was a great location which enabled me to just walk my way to the office of my client. Friendly staff made sure my stay was great. Food was a issue as my stay was during Ramadan which is the Holy month for the muslims. All in all a decent place.
