Although the room was relatively clean, there was no tissue or water. Painting of the walls was found peeled off. The reception was dirty.

First of all name hotel name changed. Phone not answered. Had hard time finding there location as old name mentioned on sign board in small fond. The room was not ready had to wait till it was ready. Luckily they accepted your booking when the confirmation was shown to them. But the room was okay.

1- I was literally sharing my big room with a lots of Cockroaches !!! ( Room, Bed, Bathroom, kitchenette ) 2- Receptionist doesnot know what is Agoda. 3- No Hotel sign, i had to call them several times to find the location. 4- The only good thing was the size of the room.

الاثاث قديم ، أنا سكنت عندهم قبل سنه وباقي نفس الأثاث، والمره الأخيرة سكنت في غرفة لاتحتوي على سخان للماء وايضاً مروحة الشفط لاتعمل، لكن بها ميزه حسنه وهي توفر شرفه صغيره تطل على الشارع العام

الغرف المعروضة علي حسابهم ليست هي الغرفة الموجودة في الحقيقة وخاصة انك في حجزك من علي الموقع دفعت وعندما تصل عندهم يساومون ان جميع الغرف مشغولةواين الغرفة التي حجرتها يقنعك موظف الاستقبال انه سيساعدك ويخدمك ويوفر لك غرفة اخري وتصدم بالواقع وتجد غرفة سيئة في كل شئ اولا كانت الغرفة غير موجود بها ثلاجة ولا ريسيفر تلفزيون فقال لي ساوفر لك هذا وإنشاء الله كحل مؤقت حتي اوفر لك الغرفة التي حجزتها من علي الموقع وكل هذا كذب عليك وخلال فترة وجودي عندهم اكتشفت الحقيقة انهم عندهم عمارتين في الفندق واحدة علي مستوي راقي يعرضونها علي الموقع وعندما تحجز وتدفع تصدم بالوضع ويتم تحويلك علي العمارة الآخري بحجة مشغولية العمارة وفي الحقيقة انهم يؤجرونها بمعرفتهم ل العميل النقدي الذي يحضر الي الفندق لانه ضمن حجزك وانت اضرب رأسك في الجدار تبغي تبغي ما تبغي راحتك عليك نقودك التي حجزت بها ولذلك عرضت عليكم الامر حتي لا تقعوا في هذا النصب وانا انشاء الله سأتقدم ببلاغ الي هيئة السياحة لعرض الامر عليهم وابلغت خدمة العملاء لموقع الحجز حتي يتخذوا الإجراء. القانوني ضدهم
