Good value for money”
Nice, spacious and clean hotel, a bit difficult to find the exact location at first, maybe because it was late night idk. But all in all it was good, new clean bath towel where provided as I requested. Safety is a good thing also, since we are all girls, they keep updating the system everyday for the key card so you will feel secured. You can even cook your own meal and wash your dirty clothes since some appliancea are provided such as the washer and the stove, I requested for a water heater and they provided me with additional tissue. Although I only saw one staff since we came and left the hotel he is very accommodating thank you Ahmad 😊 I wonder if he ever sleeps? Lol! Definitely will come back and recommend Al Worood Residence. Thank you very much!

The hotel was clean and adequate. The parking was typically poor as to be expected in KSA. The big problem was the staff being very unhelpful. I upgraded my room and I had to argue with their management for almost twenty minutes before they would check me into my upgrade. I also had my room key locked out each shift and had to go argue with the staff who were wanting more money from me even though I was paid in full before I arrived. I would highly recommend NOT staying here.

New Hotel, but with no basic facilities”
The hotel is nice but it does not have the basic services such as Towels, Iron and I had to pay extra to get/rent the things from outside. I am not recommending this hotel for families.

The worest hotel experience I have ever had”
1. They tried to pay me more 2. The room I had booked is completely different than the photos they upload 3. The kitchen have no oven or microwave just only old bad hot plate that skock the user 4. The water kettle is full of rust 5. No room service at all 6. They don't change bed covers 7. Very low class hotel with toooooooo much money 8. I have photos if you like

when I got inside the room, I found the toilet was so dirty. the shower stand was full of hair that was shaved by some one else before we entered the room. the kitchen was so dirty as well. Plus, the glasses in the kitchen look like they have never been washed and cleaned. I was very disappointed and I complained to the receptionist about the low hygiene standards who changed the room for me.

Wont come back even if it's for free. Pros: Good AC CONS: 1- it wasn't cleaned when we first came in, toilet seat was messy, I'll leave that to your imagination. The king bed sheets had an iron marks printed! And when I asked for it to be replaced it wasn't. When I insisted I got a sheet to cover it up with 2- Door has an issue when unlocking using the key-card, it took literally around 3minutes to open, I spoke to Sudanese receptionist about it and he said he'll get it fixed but didn't. Imagine coming back tired and having to put up with this BS. 3-PARKING IS ALWAYS FULL, so that means NO PARKING 4- wifi sucks 5-old neighborhood Save yourself some trouble and add an extra 100 or something to find a better place to stay at

لا انصح بالسكن به نهائياً”
تم السكن في الفندق بتاريخ 29 رمضان وكانت الصدمة انه اختلف علي عما رايته في الصور وتقييمات النزلاء السابقين لم ارى به اي شي ايجابي يذكر عدا ان المكيف بارد اما السلبيات فهي على النحو التالي: 1-الحي قديم ومزدحم 2-المواقف قليلة بالخارج واسفل العمارة ضيقة 3-تسجيل الدخول تم تاخيري لمدة نصف ساعة لعدم معرفة موظف الاستقبال بفتح الحجز 4-تم اعطائي غرفة في الدور الخامس راحتها نتنه سيئه 5-المياة في الحمام كانت تغلي منذ تسجيل الدخول الساعة الثانية ظهراً وكان عطل في السخان المركزي وتم ابلاغهم بذلك ولم يتم اقفاله الا الساعة 7:30 المغرب 6-المروش متعطل وكذلك الحوض الذي باسفله السلكون الموجود فيه متعفن ولونه اسود 7- مرتبة السرير كانت متهالكة وعند النوم تشعر بالنوابض في ظهرك 8-تم طلب فراش اضافي للطفل وتم تزويدي بمرتبة ومخدة غير صالحة للاستخدام الادمي متسخة جداً جداً كانه تم احضارها من القمامة 9- المبنى بشكل عام قديم ولكن تم تلبيس الواجهة رخام لاخفاء ذلك 10-قنوات التلفاز محددة ولايوجد قنوات اطفال بل معظمها معطل 11-الغريب بالامر كله لم يتم اعطائي بطاقة ممغنطة للدخول وذلك لانتهائه حسب مايقولون

الموقع لابأس به قريب من شارع فلسطين وطريق الملك فهد.. أسوأ شيء في الفندق عدم وجود مواقف سيارات كافية هذا مزعج جدًا جدًا وأيضاً وجوده في حي شعبي وشوارع ضيقة وقديمة من الخلف ... الإنترنت أسوأ إنترنت في العالم .. يوجد لديهم تقريباً ٤ شبكات في الفندق كلها بطيئة وسيئة وتشعرك بالإحباط .. طيلة الإقامة في هذا الفندق لم أستفد من شبكة النت واستخدمت الجوال بدلاً منها ... ديكور الغرف يحتاج الى تجديد .. البويات والأثاث والنظافة تحتاج إلى اهتمام اكثر... حركت واحدة من كنبات الصالة وجدت تحتها سجائر !!!! هل هذا منطقي ؟ قنوات التلفزيون قليلة ومحدودة والبث فيه مشكلة تقطيع مستمر .. طول اليوم التلفزيون طافي !!! باختصار أنا شخصياً لن أكرر السكن في هذا الفندق .. كانت تجربة غير موفقة ... ودمتم ...
