Very bare bones facility. The entrance is at the top of a flight of stairs. They only offer a warm room for luggage storage which made everything extremely inconvenient. Pretty poorly planned rooms with (clean) sheet sacks to make ourselves and a locked tiny drawer for a few belongings, otherwise everything was locked into a room. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I reserved mixed room but when I came to hostel. Worker said to me, you reserved male room. Btw, I am female. I have had really bad situation. I was cried and he didnt do anything. Anyways, I stayed male room and my sheets were really dirty. I really disturbed the situation. I will never choose again.

Even that I had early flight in the morning, breakfast was prepared for me. 10-15 mins to the airport. Good for those having early flight.

Good location & helpful staffs”
We are satisfied with the hotel during our stay. It is located near the train station, just 8-minutes walk from train station. The staffs always offer you the help with smiles. Kitchen and rooms are clean and comfortable. It is so nice that you can relax on the sofa in the living room, can listen to the music or watch TV.

Mon séjour à Alberguinn s'est parfaitement déroulé. J'ai été très bien accueillie lors de mon arrivée à l'auberge. Le personnel est très accessible et parle espagnol, anglais, et un peu français. Mon dortoir (12 lits, femmes)était assez spacieux et très propre. Je n'ai pas eu accès à internet dans le dortoir, ce qui apparemment n'était pas normal. Je pense donc que le problème ne venait pas de l'auberge. En résumé, je n'avais jamais réservé dans une auberge de jeunesse auparavant, et Alberguinn m'a vraiment donné envie de retenter l'expérience!

18人部屋に3泊しました。部屋の温度設定が暑いので、夏場は暑さとそれによる宿泊者の体臭とで睡眠はとても快適とは言えません。最終日はルームメートが気を利かせて窓を全開にしてくれたので快適でしたが、女性が多かったりすると暑い中我慢する必要があります。またシーツの交換は自分で行う必要があったり、少し面倒な点もあります。内装は新しいので、その点はOKですが、キッチンに冷蔵庫がないとか、いろいろ不便です。地下鉄の駅は比較的近いので場所は良いのですが、人通りの少ないさみしい場所にあります。
