Modern, Clean, Comfortable”
It was a very great stay as the room is spacious enough and the bathroom IS spacious! It was clean, has everything i need in the room, nice location as the mall is only 5 mins walk from this hotel if you need anything there. The breakfast was nice, tasty, has varied of food. Breakfast was really fun! The pool area is very nice too for hanging out. Overall, will come back for sure!

I loved how attentive and well-mannered all the hotel staffs from the hotel entrance up to check in process. It really showed the authentic hospitality gesture of Solo. I loved the room. Meet my standard for the cleanliness, comfort, no smell, no stain, facing to mount Lawu view as requested. Rooftop restaurant was also offering an amazing city lights view at night. Breakfast was good. Meet international standard taste wise and variant wise. No complain. Suggestion for Alila for in-house hotel food menu, you should provide some authentic Solonese popular main course like nasi liwet, selat solo, galantine, timlo, bakmi godog, tahu gejrot, Soto Ayam like soto gading. As Solo has some serious local vendor with a delicious food taste. I think Alila need to introduce some local popular food in the menu.

Short weekend with family and friends ”
Enjoy the stay at this hotel even though during pandemic situation. We stayed at this hotel with other friends and their children. We love the cleanliness and the environment. The system of using the pool was also good and safe for us because the limit the people inside the pool and they also limit the time we can stay in the pool. So even during pandemic we still can feel safe.

First choice everytime travel to Solo”
Alila is the best hotel in Solo so far. They are continously improving since my first stay couple years ago. The staff are always helpful. Their breakfast is very good. Too bad there are no ice cream last time I visited with family. And no cookies where usually I get some at my room. But Alila always be my first go for hotel in Solo. When they are full, then choose another hotel.

If you're on business trip or other purposes, the hotel is just in the right area. Good food. Various food can be found for breakfast. Room is fine although we think the bathroom is rather slippery for disabled people. Getting to the lobby from the drop point is rather hard for people with disability. Coffee is good, try the double shot cappuccino. Super. Room is quiet with large window.

Great hotel. Great staffs. I had a sticker on my door room upon my arrival, indicating that no one enter the room after they clean it 👍. Breakfast is delicious 👍👍👍 Everything taste great, from international to local food. I wish I had stayed more than 1 night.

Best in Solo”
The hotel was superb in terms of location, facilities, food, hospitality. The receptionist Mr. Tedi served very well as well as Ms. Dwi was so friendly at the dining hall especially during breakfast. The swimming pool was so friendly for kid & adults. High security level. Culinary of local served well & huge range. Sure we will repeat if we were at Solo again.

I feel safe”
I just book the room on D day, before heading to Solo. The booking process was so smooth, and the receptionist make sure that the got the booking confirmation, and told me that they’ll prepare the room, sanitize, and seal the room after sanitized to make sure that we are the first person that enter the room after sanitized. Late check in, have some rest. The view is amazing, the room is very comfy and big. The water pressure is perfect. Will surely coming back to Alila

Alila Solo is defined the best hotel in Solo. Everything was awesome, especially the room and the breakfast at Sky Lounge. Staffs are polite and helpful. The only thing that bother us was the internet is not fast enough, especially during the night.
