not what i expected as ive been stay there before, we cancelled the remaining our nights. Mr. who dealing everything were very nice , he understand the place is not meet our standards.

My stay at Allson”

Maintenance service, excellent! One phone call and the maintenance guy is there in less than 5 minutes. Good location as it is next to Atrium Plaza where all merchandise are sold at reasonable prices. Food is plentiful there too. Above all, Allson staff are all friendly and helpful.
Stained yellowish linens are a let down. Allson management should really look into this as this can really be a put-off for guests.

Contrary to a lot of the reviews I read about poor airconditioning, the aircon in my apartment was excellent. Staff were friendly. Maintenence service was prompt. Some variety in the breakfast, at least I did not get to eat the same food for the 5 days I was there with my family.

the worst place in the world. its not clean at all. beds were soo dirty and messy we could not sleep on there beds we slept at the ground its more clean than the beds. bathrooms were soo unclean need a lot of maintenance. living room not good at all if can complain to any governmental department about this hotel i will do

Big rooms and nice staff”

Very big rooms and nice staff. Clean but a little old fashionally furnished.
No free WiFi and in need of some refurbishment.

We were met by a very friendly staff and the rooms /apartments were very big. The hotel was clean but in need of some refurbishment. We stayed in an apartment including a small kitchen, but the kitchen tools were really worn down and in need of replacement. The windows were hard to close and didn't keep all the traffic sounds out. Breakfast was OK - though not fantastic. Location is good - not to far from restaurants and shopping. Taxis were easy to find without having to wait.
