Badly Honoured by the property staff”
When I reached with my family, I gave them confirmation No. along with all the details of booked and paid room in above cited hotel. But the receptionist or the manager refused me to give me any room by saying that we don't have any booking in your name. I again told them I had already paid to Agoda, then they told me that Agoda did not send any email in your name and asked me to don't book next time with Agoda, the site does not provide proper services to customers. Afterall, when I insisted them to much and let them see the confirmation email which I received from Agoda, they gave me a room. However this all took an hour to resolve. In other words, they wasted my time and this came to me more difficult as I had reached there by doing long travelling of 11 hours. i.e. from Riyadh to Jeddah.

Very Bad Experience”
I arrived at 11:30pm. The room was very bad. It has nothing to do with the photos displayed online. Room was not clean. Floor was broken. Wall paint is cracked. Bathroom is leaking water from everywhere. I was left with no option except to use the room or lose the money. I decided not to stay in such horrible place. The only way was to go outside till 3:30am. I came back with my family very tired. I slept immediately. I wake up at 9:00am. I ran away to any restaurant at the Cornish to be able to use the bathroom. I have a lot of photos of the actual room. Unbelievable, none human, very bad. The worst experience I have ever had.

Overall, its a fair experience. Rooms were quite znd comfortable. No telephone in room. No tuck shop. Lots of small cockroaches in bathroom and rooms. Elevators condition is very disturbing. Showers and seats broken in bathroom. Prices are a little high compared to others in the same vicinity.

I will never book this hotel”
When we arrived the receptionist told us that the hotel was full, we told him we booked! He told us what do you want me to do? He was very rude. My dad threatened him that he will call the police, which he did. He got scared and said we don't want any trouble, he called one the staff and told them to get the rooms for us ready!? So it was not full he just didn't want to give it to us because we booked it cheaper on the internet, and he wanted more so he didn't want to give it to us. But he did at the end. When we got in the rooms, the wall paint was peeled, it was all over the floor! I wish I can send pictures on here so I can show you. It's really dangerous if you have a baby because he can easily eat it. Also the rooms had really bad smell from the walls, I think there is leaking in the walls because there is stains all over the walls.

If you are travelling with kids i'll not recommend you to stay here. this is the most pathetic hotel i have ever stayed. no cleanliness, bad staff attitude, no wifi and worst part is there's no mobile signals at first and ground floor.
