The hotel has a great location, near the Hauptbanhof. The are several cafes and restaurants near, and the most important places to visit are as far as a 30-minutes walk. The hostesses are super kind, and the neighbourhood is calm.

A simple hotel less than 10 min walk from the main station. Probably the best price you could find within that area of Hamburg. Personnel are friendly and accommodating. When I have the chance to visit Hamburg again, I would definitely stay in the same hotel.

The outlook of the place is deceiving ..looks kind of rundown. However the room is pretty clean and decent. Very near to central station. The reception guy is very friendly and helpful.

Boring stay”
Cleaner staffs are impolite. They entered the room without knocking the door when i was sleeping at 10am. Then they clearly showed their "dissatisfaction" when seeing the bathroom floor was wet and started grumbling in local language. Warm/hot water is on and off now and then. I was keen on taking a shower late at night after a raining day, but could not do it because there was no hot water! People in Hamburg can just speak very few English, even the public staffs at the stations/ bus-stops and museums etc. can only speak few English. I was not allowed to take photos in some shops and even the supermarkets! The staffs came to me and expressed very impolitely that i could not take photos. I will not come and stay in Hamburg again. The only value-for-money destination in Hamburg is Miniature Wunderland - which will take you about 3 hours to visit.

Kleines Hotel. Saubere, ruhige Zimmer ”
Vor Anreise habe ich eine genaue Anleitung erhalten, wie ich das Hotel/Gasthaus erreiche. Wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und würde auch wieder da logieren. Die 4 Budget-Zimmer haben Duschkabine und fl. Wasser im Zimmer, 1 WC für 4 Zimmer, sauber - kein Problem.
