Nice location for ski shuttle bus and night shuttle bus around the town”
The chalet is clean and in a great location. Shuttle bus to Goryu, 47 and Happone is just around the corner. It's also location in walkable distance to ecoland. Night shuttle bus to the town is also available.

Clean and Comfortable”
This is a good place to stay. We like this better than a hotel. Has a fridge and little kitchenette. Washing machine. Heat is good. Place is very clean. The employees are all nice and quick to help with any special requests. Only problem here, which isn't a big one, is that if you book through a third party, you really don't have contact with the Chalet staff. We drove in with only the address and had a hard time spotting the office. Took like 30 minutes of driving in circles and eventually someone flagged us down and asked if we were looking for Alpine Chalet. I'd stay here again.

Good location but "basic chalet"”
Very easy to get there from the train station, only 1000yen. Bus stop for all the resort is 2min away which is very convenient. However I would have expected a bigger lounge area for a 6 persons chalet

Ski Trip January 2016”
Alpine Chalets provided a great service from picking us up at the train station to dropping us off at the end of the stay - we also utilised the supermarket trips each time they were on as we have teenage boys who eat alot! The chalet was comfortable and warm with good wifi. Two shuttle bus stops close by meant we could go to 3 different ski fields easily and could have gone to more. Easy walk to echoland for dinner if need to.The chalets are getting tired but what do you need when you're out skiing all day!

Very comfortable cottage”
Great weekend at the Alpine Chalets. The staff was very friendly and got us in the cabin quickly. Great location, within walking distance from the Cherry Pub. The bedrooms were warm and the beds were very comfortable. We liked the TV and DVD player in the living room. The kitchen had everything to cook a good breakfast before hitting the slopes. I will definately book this cabin again next year.

Good location and price, but not fancy. ”
I've stayed here multiple times but this is my first review. Overall the place is ok for the price, but the chalets are badly in need of updating and general maintenance. The sofa was coming apart at the seams, we had to buy our own toilet paper, the heater kept shutting off with an error code displayed (it has been doing this for years) and one rooms beds were no more than a couple box springs laid directly on the floor (very uncomfortable). But overall those are minor gripes given the central location in Hakuba, the size of the units, and price paid.

Nice place to stay in Echoland/ Hakuba”
A great place to stay in Echoland. We were picked up at the train station and dropped off again by the staff. This was very convenient after a long day of travels. Pros: - 1 loft area and 1 bedroom. 4 single beds. -Kitchen had the basic supplies -Can cook your own food or go eat out if you want (well double check the restaurants are open as most restaurants are closed during off/slow season) -Staff will drop you off at the grocery store so you can stock up on supplies. -Friendly staff Cons: -Lots of burnt out light bulbs -Carpets needs a good cleaning -Bathroom is cold. Overall a great place to stay in Hakuba and I would stay there again.

check in was smooth. check in is done at the panorama hotel where the staff is very friendly and english speaking. the staff will lead you from the hotel to the chalet and stop at the store if you like. the rooms are bigger than average with the kitchenette set off the living area and out of the way. the shower is separate from the toilet area which is nice. the upstairs bedrooms are of decent size though one must walk through 1 room to get to the other. the chalets are adjacent to woody's equipment rental which is nice. it is a 3 minute walk to the cherry bar. this is a great place for beers and easy food. the staff were wonderful. another 3 minute walk and you're in echo land. try the b-line for pool, great service and gin tonics. internet in the living area is nice though the cable is not long enough. bring a 12 footer if you have one. wireless would be a nice upgrade. we had a good stay and highly recommend alpine chalets.

GW中に北陸方面に旅行に行こうと計画をしました。北陸方面の宿は全然とれなかったので、白馬に泊まりそのあと、北陸方面へと計画を立てました。写真より広く清潔でした。到着が少し遅くなったのですが、ちゃんとまっていてくれました。また利用したいと思います。

Enkelt, men trevligt boende. Hade det mesta man kan förvänta sig, men ingen lyx Låg ganska isolerat. Fungerar bra med egen bil. Går endast skidbuss tre gånger om dagen. Väldigt vänlig personal, som hämtade vid bussterminalen.
