15 mins walk to downtown, 5 mins walk to lift. Free shuttle is provided in day time, it would be very convenience. even with those heavy ski gear. The staffs are very nice and helpful.

Perfect honeymoon location!”
My hubby and I had the best time at Altitude Nozawa! We stayed there for one week and were really impressed with the service and the location. Jack, Josh, Melanie and Ella were all super helpful and attentive. We will definitely be coming back to stay the next time we're in Nozawa!

The staff are great! Very friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel shuttle services are very convenient. The public shuttle is right outside the hotel. Neflix in the room was enjoyable :) I will stay here again if I have a chance to visit Nozawa Onsen again.

Cozy hotel in Nqzawa Onsen”
The staff at this place is amazing. They offer free shuttle to the bus terminal, so we took advantage of that several times. Hot breakfast was delicious and different every morning. There is a shuttle bus stop for the resort right outside the hotel. The only down side of the place is that the TV in the room is tiny, and most of the channels were not available when we were there. They do have a lot of DVDs for borrow.
