We were utterly pampered by Amari Huahin”
We stayed 2 nights in Amari Hua Hin. Upon arrival from bkk after 3.5 hours car ride, we were served with a welcome drink. Check in was swift n seamless. Then we were surprised to be offered daily complimentary lounge services from 5-6pm. It comes with free flow drinks including alcohol and liquors, and some finger food. Quality of food was really thumbs up, both my kids and hubby said it was finger licking good. The hotel swimming pool was also another highlight. Big spacious Olympic size pool. Clean also.. Hotel has free buggy to bring guests to nearest beach located behind hotel. There’s also a 24h laundry shop - COMO located directly opposite hotel main entrance. So good for family with kids who need to wash their laundry often. Cicada and tamarind night market is just max 500m walk away from Amari. If we revisit huahin again, Amari is definitely our No.1 choice.

I arrived with quite a large family and yet despite the chao's that accompanies these kinds of trips, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Mind you this was after a brief misunderstanding whereby I met with one of the managers to have a further discussion regarding my concerns. WoW---she and her entire staff went out of their way to not only resolve my concerns (which I later determined were on ME--not the resort or the staff!), they clearly made a concerted effort to ensure our trip was met with professionalism and care that I've not received at many 5-star properties! My family cannot thank them enough for their kindness and understanding (trying to manage a group of small kids is like trying to herd cats---lol). We can't wait to return one day to express our gratitude in person! On behalf of our entire family---Thank You! We'll be back! (this place is perfect for bringing young children!) Great place to stay in HuaHin. My kid was about to go under in the pool and the hotel dive in quickly to pull the kid out of the water and assess him before releasing him to me. They even check in once we are in the room if the kid was all good. Thanks God for the handy staff, they even offered macaron to the kid what a kind gesture. The room set up was great, nice soft bed n pillow. The buffet breakfast was more than great, one of the best in Thailand. Definitely will come back again whenever we are in HuaHin

The hotel team, both management and staff, could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The hotel is stroll to the beach....where there is a nice beach bar and restaurant...but the pool is excellent if you just can't be bothered. Cicada and Tamarind night markets offer great options for excellent food and are both a great way to spend an evening. The food in the hotel and Hua Hin was uniformly excellent. We'll certainly be going back.

Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Hotel is nice. Food and breakfast is great given it's COVID-19 situation. The beach restaurant is good if you like warm up before meal just 400 m walk or take a shutter from hotel to there. Will visit next time.

Truly Fantastic Stay for the price”
The hotel staff are beyond wonderful alongside a hotel room that is somehow significantly larger than the pictures on the website. Amari was one of the only hotels that didn’t charge for an extra bed due to its massive couch that acted as one. The gorgeous beach club and somehow astonishingly good food certainly pairs well with the genuinely caring who work tirelessly to fulfill our every need. It was a overall wonderful stay that truly amplified our pleasant experience in hua hin.

The staff was very polite since I called to request room and others. She kept all info and assigned rooms as we requested. Upon arrival, staffs welcome our family with smiling. Only mentioned for the lady who checking in us, she was informative. However, she seems lack of connection and sometimes you had to connect with guests first, observed their mood. However, she was very nice and very polite. The rooms were clean and nice with connecting rooms. The gym was clean and full of equipments. The spa was very fantastic, Khun Amy my therapist was very knowledgable, polite and well trained. The spa team warm welcome and the place was very relaxing. Our family definitely come back soon.

The hotel was beautiful in a lovely location at the far end of Hua Hin far away from the centre but a short TUK TUK ride to the centre and close to the Tamarind night market. The food was excellent with a wide variety. The staff were brilliant so helpful and friendly. We would love to stay again if we return to Thailand

This is a great hotel with an even greater staff. I enjoyed the swimming pool(s) and the beuaty of the gardens.
