Not a good experience”
I have wrong date booking in this property. The staff told me to pay 150K for early checkin. I paid for that. Then i go out in the morning and told the staff to clean our room. When i back, the room is so messy and staff didnt clean it. I was complaning with the staff. But he told me he is alone and cant clean up my room. He told me because early check in so i cant ask to clean up the room. I just curious, why i must pay 150K but staff cant clean up my room at all?

Due to hectic situation, i left my sandals in the room and realized it the next day. Thankfully when i called the hotel, the receptionist said they keep my sandals. So i was able to take it back

poor maintenace hotel Air Con leak water and not cool enough, i even have to clean the filter myself , unfortunately thats not help water pressure is low no water curtain on shower hot water not available in the morning exhaust fan not working

great service. room clean and simple. near to blok m shopping complex.receptoin 24 hours. amaris has 2 hotels in panglima polim, i went to the other one, but the staff nicely drove me to the right place.

This hotel was just right to come back to after a long day of activity! The staff were friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast was alright, and the room was comfortable with a variety of channels on the TV. If you're going to this hotel by taxi, though, make sure the driver doesn't confuse it with the older Amaris Hotel Panglima Polim along the same road. I would definitely consider staying here again if the location is right for my next visit.

My choice of of the hotel is the locatioins. Amaris hotel Panglima Polim is near to my office in Jakarta. I could just walk to it. No complain about this hotel the staff are nice and very helpful.

The room was quite nice and near the reception. (room 109 on 1st floor) Quiet and safe at night. I forgot the universal adapter for charging my camera and phone, but the staff provided one for me. It was really nice. But be careful that the Blok M bus station is not safe at night, and quite crowded at daytime. I would recommend to use taxi when come back at night. It is a very nice hotel for those business travelers. Though the Internet was slow.

I think Amaris 2 is deteriorating”
The airconditioning in several rooms are in serious trouble, during my stay of 3 nights I had to change rooms 2 times, it seems the management does not care, the elevator was several times out of function, seems the management does not care, there was no hot water from the shower, seems the management does not care. I had to pay with debit card BNI (local bank), because the machine declined my pin, my pin was blocked by my bank and I had to spend half a day going to bank office to reactivate my pin. So, in short, the stay in Amaris Panglima Polim 2 caused me a lot of hassle ! I have visited many Amaris locationas (Surabaya - Jakarta - Bali Legian), but Amaris Panglima Polim 2 is the worst of all

I reserved 2 rooms at this hotel, small hotel with nice service, clean, newspaper in bahasa always come in morning time, helpful staffs, all works with smile. Location near the Blok M Mall, good for me. Recommended if you need small hotel with good service. I will back for sure nextime. Thank you for all of employees who knows me....

Lovely hotel and service with a smile. Great location but small rooms. The booking was made for one of our office guest so cannot comment much. But the location is as requested by the guest i.e. in Blok M area so nearby public transportation and malls in the shopping district of Blok M.

Nice hotel for business trip”
I stayed in amaris for a business trip. Although the room is small, but I like the customized and colourfull furnitures. It makes the room more spacious. The staff hotel is friendly and helpfull. I would like to stay again in amaris, on my next trip to Jakarta.

It was a pleasant stay for a short and simple stay for my business trip in Jakarta. Easy access to SCBD and Blok M area. The room was OK, not at as small I thought it would be, clean, quick check-in and out process, and the breakfast was nice.
