Great service and dining”
This is our second time to the ANA at Christmas time. We had an ocean view room in the Ocean wing and we opted for the breakfast and dinner plan. The food was wonderful. They need to work on the common areas of the resort. The indoor pool deck needed to be scrubbed down, most of the tiles had a green hue to them. The outside of the buildings needed to be repainted and the outdoor pools had a lot of sand in them. The staff was excellent and took care of our every need. Abe-San who was in charge of the restaurants is very detail oriented and he made sure we were well taken care of.

Nice stay. ”
The hotel was nice. Wish they provided more activities or had recommendations for activities to guest to purchase to do. We had to research it all on our own. Didn’t realize the other building had a nicer pool but it was closed for maintenance during our time and only opened up second to last day . That was in Bayview building . We had the ocean view Room which was nice enough and provided everything we needed. If you’re a foreigner, the bed is little hard but that’s normal in Japan. The people working there was super nice and accommodating to whatever we needed. The lady at the breakfast buffet was so nice to us. Weather was bad 3 out of the 4 days when we were there and stuck in hotel a lot, so not much to do. Breakfast buffet was not worth it. Not much western breakfast items and pancakes and waffles were hard from sitting there. When heated up by toaster it became hard fast. Wish they had a fresh station for that. Most of the food was a lot of oily stir fry vegetables of different kinds. Good fruit selection. Overall : I’d prob stay there again but skip the buffet breakfast. Other restaurants super expensive so we skipped trying them out. Best thing was the people working there. They were super nice and spoke English to us.

Excellent view”
The view from the room is excellent!! Everything in the hotel is good, it is clean and the staff are super nice! However I'm not quite satisfy with the rooms arranged. We booked 1 premium ocean view room and 1 superior room for 1 night. We are family and we wish to have 2 adjacent rooms. The staff said there is no vacant adjacent rooms that suit our room type and finally we downgraded both the rooms to deluxe. There is a price difference and it is unable to refund since we booked via the agent....

nice resort for families”
need to queue up for western breakfast, though there are tables available. I supposed it us due to lack of manpower to clean up tables. Indoor pool has only 90cm deep and is good for families, not adults. It is too cool to swim outdoor in Mar. It would be nicer, when hotel has shuttle bus to/from airport (even with charges), though public bus is convenient but often it is crowded. On the whole, it is a nice and comfortable hotel, and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

The atmosphere here is very good and the staff are very friendly. Of course, the Japanese restaurants are of very good food quality and resonalbe price. The landscaped garden is good for a morning walk. The swimming pools provide a good playground for kids and also the beach is of great fun to the whole family.

Resort is quute worn out...”
It was my boyfriend's birthday on Oct 27. We checked in on the 27th. We didn't expect a free birthday or whatever but at least a greeting. Staff was not helpful. We tried to borrow umbrellas from the resort but staff told us the wind was too strong and the umbrellas might get blown away! We went to the indoor swimming pool but found that the facilities are quite worn out. I found blood stains on one of the pillows...Overall, the stay was quite unpleasant. I didn't expect a top notch hotel with this kind of customer service. I will definitely not return again.

景觀好, 有室內泳池和室外的, 不遠處有沙灘和golf, 仲有japanese bath, 也有shop. 隔音不錯, wifi良好, 整體清潔度不差. 住了兩天, 試過日式早餐和buffet的, 食物水準不達5星, 只有三星的水平. 整體價錢只有四星的級數.

Location too far away from down town”
Can't see life guard at the beach and can't find any towels there though the check-in staff told me towels at the beach are free of charge. Staff are not able to communicate in English flurently, this is very disappointing
