Perfect location”
The hotel is literally 2 minutes walk from Kyoto station, from where you can catch the train of bus to whether you need. The area is relatively quiet despite being central and has restaurants and conbini around it. The hotel is new and really clean, with its own onsen bath which is free for customers. Our room was small but that’s standard for Japan’s city hotels. It had the usual amenities and was cleaned well. The cleaner even found an earring I’d dropped and left it out on the side for me, which I was very grateful for. The hotel staff were helpful and patient with our check in. It says on Agoda that both English and Japanese are spoken but no one spoke to us in English despite our Japanese being minimal. It also states that there is an on-site car park but the hotel does NOT have parking. I have asked the hotel to amend this to prevent confusion but it hasn’t been updated as yet. There are several paid car parks nearby. One is right next door and was ¥1600 for 24hrs when we parked...average seems to be about ¥2200. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.

Clean place, breakfast is ok, no free parking lots and to park overnight for public place is so expensive. Onsen is free and private. There is washing machine, hotel is clean and new condition. There are 7-11 and Lawson close by. The place is close to Kyoto tower and Isetan and Kyoto station. Totally is ok for spending money here.

The hotel is very close to the Kyoto Central stations and surrounded by shops, eating places and even a huge electronic store. Delifrance is a few hundred meter away. There is a spa in the hotel on 2nd floor and is free.

Big bed / bath room size ok / clean room / good amenities, make me a nice stay. Staff English speaking is ok. Just a few mins walk to Kyoto station, it's great. The only thing have take note, they make the bed higher (they recommend us to put the luggage under the bed), therefore if for small children, they may be easily fall down.

It is ideally located for sightseeing, as it is conveniently located within a 3-minute walk from the Karasuma Central Exit of JR Kyoto Station. All the amenities are relatively new as it just started operation in Dec19. However the self check-in is really a hassle if you are checking in as a group. You got to process the rooms one by one, too time consuming.
