I only stayed 2 night but it was a great experience. The rooms were clean and actually quite spacious for Japan! The staff were so helpful helping me check in. It was close to Namba Station and very close to the famous Dotonburi. Overall very impressed and I was made to feel very welcome from start to finish at the APA hotel.

This hotel is located in a very strategic position. It's very near to Osaka's famous dotonbori, but not exactly inside the crowded area so you can travel there easily, and still have a good rest at night, away from the crowd & noise. But the AC here is centralized, so it's not possible to control it to your liking from your room. Aside from that, every other facilities are top-notch.

Everything is near in the hotel, from food to shopping places and also the Namba train station. When arriving from KIX you can take the bus going to JR Namba and walk for about 10 to 15 minutes to the hotel.

The location is very convenient as the hotel is well-located close to stores and restaurants. We also never had a hard time with our commute from and to the hotel as it's nearby the transpo stations. We had no issue with check-in and checkout process - the staff were also nice and accommodating. If I would not consider this hotel in the future, it's because of the room size. I thought you will only find it comfortable if you are a lone traveller.

Maybe was just unlucky with this one. Highly recommended by friends and really popular choice because location is right beside Orange Street for all your streetwear needs and also near Glico and Dotombori area. Unfortunately, we had requested for a non-smoking room but the entire level 6 lobby and room reeked of smoke. The dressing table was really dusty too. Otherwise, it was an ok place to stay

The only thing I wish could improve is the air conditioning. The air conditioning can only be adjusted in either the WARM mode or fan mode in winter. But the room is too hot and stuffy. I wish I could adjust the temperature to COOL mode.
