Great hotel with an on-site onsen, a Lawson convenience store, rooftop pool (we didn't use as it was cold), self check in and express check out. We booked the wide twin room and was very spacious. Japan is notorious for small rooms so the wide twin was excellent and the price was very reasonable for everything we had. You do have to walk 10mins to get to Osaka station and then take trains to get to the more central osaka area but we found it was easy to get around and was a good location to access Osaka's attractions.

The room is economical, but the amenities (bathhouse, spas, rooftop pool) really made up for it. My favorite part was definitely the in-house onsen. It was very clean and well-kept, I really appreciated how the TV in your room would say the occupancy of the onsens so you could decide if you wanted to wait out the crowd.

Sakura in Osaka ”
We booked 2 rooms for 4 persons. The check-in using the machine was a bit complicated and I spent almost an hour there. The check-in was finally completed manually at the counter with human assistance, like any normal procedure should be. I requested for the rooms to be adjacent but was given a room apart, no worries as my kids were already grown up. My wife and I stayed in an APA Hotel during our vacation in Tokyo so we already expected the small room. Staff were very honest, they returned a ring that my wife lost in the alleyway. The spa is a plus in staying in this hotel, my kids loved their first onsen experience. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

The locarion is good, 700 metre from train station. There is Lawson in the building which is very convenience. Public bath is superb, there are 3 pools with whirlpool bath.

As you all know, the rooms are very small, too small for more than 1 in my opinion. But they're clean and the bed is comfy. That's enough for me.

Very crowded”
The hotel was extremely crowded, waiting forever for the lifts and was unable to use the spa services because of too many people. The room was very hot and could t change the temperature in the room, shower was small and cleaners didn’t replace anything in my room after visiting it. It was a negative experience for me overall

It takes more than 20mins for checking . And we booked a connecting room for 4 people，but Staff just give us the key for a double room of 2 people.

This hotel opened early Feb 2023 and so far it has been great. Space is expected of Osaka, at bit cramped. But made up with onsen and great service

Nice stay in Osaka”
It's a brand new hotel with many amenities. You can see the status of the spa on your room TV. The rooms are tight but have what you need. It is a busy hotel compared to other places we stayed at. Not too far from the metro. Can walk underground to the JR lines if needed.
