Great location, subway entrance just outside the hotel, very clean and comfortable even the room size was small. The only minus point was the breakfast every the same and not much choice. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Best hotel in Sapporo! ”
This is my 4th time visit to Sapporo. This time I choose APA Hotel Susukino Ekimae, regarding its strategic location in the happening district of Sapporo, near to the Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade, the subway exit (Toho & Namboku Line). There are also so many Convenience store around this hotel, even got one attached to this hotel. Not only that, the staff are very polite from the receptionist to the cleaner. That's the reason why I love Japan so much! Overall, this hotel is among the best hotel I've ever stays in Sapporo. Near to the city centre and easy to reach via public transport such as Subway.

The staff arrange a very small room for us at the end of the floor for 5 night stay. We request change room cos really uncomfortable, thank god they willing change the room for us with 2 single bed.

It was a comfortable stay”
The bed is on the soft side ,really comfy but the cleanliness is not as clean as other 3 star hotel that I stay in. The staff are more reserved and I would say shy, however , for this rate im paying I am really satisfied with the room size , bed size & toilet size compared to the other 3 star hotels that I stayed in.

Very nice & clean hotel. Convenient to almost all shopping areas as well as restaurants, Supermarket is just few blocks away, & very near the station. This hotel is highly recommended when in Sapporo. We’ll definely stay here again when we visit Sapporo again👍🏻

This is the best hotel we stayed along our trip. The location is at the center of Sapporo and walking distance to Sapporo TV Tower, Nijo Market, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, subway station and etc. Toiletries provided by the hotel is good in quality. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is good. Lawson is located next to the hotel lobby. WiFI is slow.

Subway is just outside the hotel entrance! Streetcar is also nearby if you are taking it to the Mt Moiwa cable car station. I realise people are commenting about the thin pillow they provided. But after I slept on it, I realise it doesn’t gives me any neck problems because it conform my body well with their soft mattress. I slept well every nights!
