Air conditioner not so cold, and when we told the owner, she immediately call the technician but unfortunately we are not at the property so the technician can't fix the air-con. But she offer us to change the apartment unit. And we satisfied for the parking fee service from the owner. thanks!

Hello, I want to make a complaint about apartmen puri park view. I stayed there and they called immigration to arrest us and took us to detention where’s our things are at the property so I called to informed the property to keep our things which they confirmed that our things are safe until today I want for them today. Then I opened to find out that things are missing from the luggage. The items include $1000, Apple beat headphone, iPhone 8 and 8pairs of new shoes. I contacted the property they didn’t not say anything because they called immigration to keeps us in detention for 3months. So I am requesting for damages from Agoda and the property. Am demanding $25,000 else I will take the matter to court was I will demand $2,000,000.00 Thank you . You have one week to respond or we will meet in court

Property and photos totally different with your post in your webpage. Even when you make reservation there isn't any clear adress which tower which floor which number for this unit. This post totally cheating people showing different property with these price but at the end you get different one. No Wi-Fi no hot water. On the bed the bed spring already come out. Very old and useless tv. No clean water for drink. Check your datas and don't let these kind of cheaters cheat your customer.
