Satisfied except for the distance from the station. All tourist attractions are within a 10-minute walk, and it takes only 10 seconds to get to the Brulaterras!!! I'm satisfied with this price, location, and facilities! It's a bit chilly at night thoughㅠ

I did stay in the hotel before and I always chose it for its great location in the just on Dresden Neumarkt a stone throw away from the Church of Our Lady. Since it is an apartment hotel there is no breakfast, but there are plenty of bakeries and coffeehouses where you can get your morning fix. The apartments would sleep a whole family of 4 or two couples and are fitted with kitchen so you could prepare some food. To sum it up; good package for a great price.

Perfect for self catering”
These apartments have to be the best tourist value in Dresden. They are located in the heart of the old city only minutes from the river and close to all the key historic monuments. Our bed was very comfortable and our top floor apartment was very quiet and fully equipped for self catering and even included a washing machine. A throughly great place to stay.

This is the best aparthotel thru out my journeys in Germany and Prague, good location, so clean and bed and pillow are very comfortable, you can do some simple cooking by yourself. Highly recommended.

This hotel location cannot be any better as its sitting right next to the terrace with heaps of bars and sightseeing spots around. Staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel lobby is a little bit hard to find. Interior of the hotel is also a highlight. Rooms are very spacial. All the fixtures and accessories are nice and clean. Internet is fast.

Best apartment ever”
It was the best apartment we have ever stayed so far in Germany, but also the cheapest one. Everything was just perfect: large living room, very cosily furnished, with a little kitchen in it which had even salt and pepper but somehow no chopping board. All the furniture was spotless, 2 TVs, even a bath was there. Not to mention the location which was absolutely perfect and don't be afraid of the fact that it is a bit far away from the station (5 stops with a tram), it is definitely worth it as you will be living just by the Frauenkirche and the Brühl terrace. Internet is free of charge and fast enough to be watching movies online. The staff is very helpful, they even called me a couple of days beforehand and wondered if I wanted to have any details or help, which was very nice of them.

Great Location”
This is a great apartment right in the middle of the old city literally directly across the street from the church in the center of town. The apartment is very nice and big except the kitchen which is very small! Could have used more space there, but other than that was a great apartment for a family of 4! And the location doesn't get any better!

Hatte 40 qm im Aparthotel Münzgasse gebucht, aber hätte dann im 1. OG über der Gaststätte nächtigen müssen. Aufgrund der Erfahrungen die ich hier gemacht habe (Essensgeruch, Anlieferverkehr im Innenhof) wollte ich ein anderes Apartment. Das ging nicht weil schon alles belegt war, wurde dann aber auf das Aparthotel Neumarkt umgebucht. Hier sehr gute Zeit verbracht, alles schön neu eingerichtet und toller Blick auf den großen Platz vor der Frauenkirche. Des Nachts gespenstisch-wohlige Nebelstimmung miterleben dürfen. An Einrichtung war alles vorhanden um mir ein Abendessen und Frühstück bereiten zu können. Lediglich ein Backofen wäre noch praktisch gewesen. An Pfannen gab es nur eine einzige, die recht alt war und mit wackeligem Stiel. Töpfe gab es dagegen in großer Zahl. Ich kannte das Hotel vorher noch nicht und werde gerne wiederkommen. Es eignet sich sowohl für Alleinreisende als auch für Paare ausgezeichnet.

Top Lage aber mehr nicht”
Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof... nur leider Fenster direkt über den Abluftanlagen der Küchen... auch in den Fluren riecht es unangenehm. Zusätzlich starke Lärmbelästigung auf Grund des Küchen und Hotelbetriebes. Wenn man sich nicht viel aufhalten will, geht es aber gemütlich ausschlafen ist was anderes.

Nettes Apartment in zentraler Lage von Dresden, Frauenkirche, Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Reichweite. Dank geräumiger Küche mit Kochplatte kann sich der Gast selber Frühstück und Essen zubereiten. Erfreulich wäre noch ein Herd und Mikrowelle.

Wie immer sehr gut”
Von der Lage her sehr zentral, geräumig und großzügig eingerichtet. Es ist zwar nicht alles auf dem neuesten Stand, aber man kann es durchaus eine Woche oder länger aushalten. Was allerdings nicht so toll ist, sind die Putzfrauen die schon um 8 Uhr draußen rumwerkeln. Gegen 10.30 Uhr versuchte eine in mein Apartment reinzukommen, aber der Schlüssel steckte noch. Das müsste nicht sein. Was den Innenhof anbetrifft, geht es aus vorherigen Bewertungen hervor, dass es sich um eine Ladezone handelt. Oben ist es zum Glück nicht so wild, aber wenn man eine untere Wohnung hat und empfindlich ist, könnte es ein Problem werden. Kulinarisch gibt es in der Umgebung alles was man ausprobieren möchte. Dank der Küchenzeile kann man sich auch selber Frühstück machen und warm zubereiten.
