Apartments in Jakarta

"Restaurant food is excellent, rooms are large and always clean. Satu Lagi bar is brilliant and the staff remember regulars and make you feel extremely welcome. Coffee shop is good, I like the local clay pot tea... but the food does need to look a little more like what is advertised in around the Hotel. I found the turkey breast focaccia a little underwhelming after being tempted by the photo in the lifts. It was simply not the same, but otherwise staff after brilliant and teh general offerings are good. The gym is private, but hotel guests can use.. thus, by far one of the best hotel gym facilities in Indonesia. i like the water towers in rooms with Hot and Cold water. Most of all the staff, they are brilliant and most of all the staff in the SatuLagi bar.. Andrea, Dee and the other girls plus the two guys behind the bar.. always friendly and never forget my name or my drink. I stay her most trips to Jakarta and if they continue the same quality and service, I will be back "

"During Covid Pandemic, holiday in other countries was quite not secure, thats why we choose to staycation in this Serviced Apartment Oakwood PIK Jakarta. My choosing was the studio type, its quite small for my fam (2 adult, 2 young child) but the facilities was amazing. They even have a wash machine, oven, microwave. Such a pleasant facilities. But the most attractive point for me and my fam was the super large swimming pool. My kids was extremely fun swimming in there. Very recommended. Breakfast is so so, and the restaurants was quite small. But no worries, there's a lot of restaurant or food stall near the apartment too. "

"Really surprised to read a few reviews about the place - I wasn't expecting much. Breakfast was a good buffet with an in-house mini bakery providing fresh pasteries! Gym was well equipped for a hotel gym, pool was excellent with a jacuuzi and childs pool with a slide aswell!! Room was ever-so-slightly dated but a good standard and fully equipped for us to cook our own meals. Asked for a high floor and got it with a great view of adjacent towers. Taxi's here are so cheap and trustworthy you can use these to get anywhere in city as the streets immeditely outside aren't pedestrian friendly but I believe this is throughout Jakarta."

"before we booked this place, we checked ourself in to a different hotel in the centre of jakarta - the amaris - and had a universally awful experience. it was so bad, we checked in and out on the same day. so, when we booked here for just under a week at the last minute, we weren't expecting a lot - we just wanted somewhere better to stay. and as it happens - we could not have enjoyed this stay more - it was pretty much perfect for us. everything from the large safe for laptops, ensuite bathroom and ample kitchen to the individual outside washing machine and drying area, suited us down to the ground. staff were friendly, the apartment itself was amazing, at it gave us some pretty incredible views while we were there. we will definitely be coming back here when we visit jakarta in the future."

"finally i place in jakarta where i feel like home! the urban style gives me a feeling of belonging and the casual atmosphere allows me to feel like im on holiday. very friendly staff and they all speak english. here, they dont find problems, they find solutions to your requests. this is probably the best value ive had for my my money on my travels, both on business and leisure. the hotel offers all facilities you need, and the best and most unique touch that i have seen, is the shiny new laundry machines (washer/dryer) that are offered free of charge. they even supply detergent! the two draw backs at morrissey is that it gets quite noisy in the mornings due to the many mosques in jakarta and also there is no room service. the restaurant next to the lobby is not owned by the hotel. this restauratn however, offers amazing italian style food and is highly recommended. this is definitely the place to stay! it advertises with only three stars, but this is the first indonesian hotel that i feel deserve one more star than advertised. this should be a four-star hotel. already at my first stay, i knew that this would be my preferred hotel for all stays in jakarta. unfortunately, they have been fully booked on a few occasions. just another sign of the great value and great experience."

"I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wish to stay longer in Jakarta. The apartment and the whole building is still new, very convenient to many places such as mall, busway, food plaza, bars and convenience stores and supermarket. The host is very responsive and polite. Facilities are nice too, big swimming pool and its clean. The building is also well-maintained and clean. Unfortunately i wasnt able to try theit gym. But hopefully on my next trip to jakarta, i will. This place felt like my 2nd home indeed and i felt like living like a local. Good value for money and for its location. Overall, it was an awesome experience. "

"From experiences, this is one of the best of the best service apartment in Jakarta. We stayed for 2 nights and loves each moment staying here. The food also excellent. The services are excellent. At the end the lady at the service desk gave us late check-out until 5 PM. All the staff are professional and I remembered them, they are Gunawan and Louis. Kudos to the guys and the manager. We definitely will return here if visiting Jakarta."

"It was a nice stay, even we only spent 1 night but they should have a "real" front desk staff at late evening to early morning because when we reached the hotel above 12 midnight and only attended by Engineering staffs which not really know the detail of our booking and special request so become a long conversation to explain everything. But they really attentive and friendly staffs because they solved our concern at that night and we have a good rest till the following morning "fast" check out process."
