Very happy with our stay at the Arcadia. Not sure if we will be returning to Budapest itself but if we ever do then this is where I will be staying. Nice, clean, good value for money and has everything on hand.

The location is great and the room is clean. But the corridor and the room are not very soundproof. If someone passes or talks in the corridor, we can hear it clearly.

Clean & right in the heart of town, just at the Big Arc of the Jewish District. Walking distance to most attractions. Good size & clean rooms, with hot shower & very good front desk service. Highly recommended!

Top notch service from the get-go from front office supervisor Daniel Banfi - he was warm and accomodating and friendly thoughout our stay, despite being the obviously busy. Very professional and his conduct gave us a warm welcome to the wonderful city of Budapest!

Small hotel and the rooms are small too but has everything you need. However the air conditioning was weak and often stopped working after 30 mins. It’s in a great location, a 5-min walk to the Ruin Bars and Fashion Street, and 10-min walk to the riverside and Parliament Square. Lots of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby.

Great location, not quite 4 star”
While this hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the middle of all the restaurants, it isn’t exactly a 4 star. The rooms were clean, but the building is a little “saggy”. While I know it’s a historical building, the lights in the hallway flicker on/off, with a tiny elevator that creaks it’s way up/down. Could do with a little polish, but great for the price. Probably more a 3-3.5 star hotel, rather than the 4-star advertised.

Strategic for being close to airport shuttle 100E buses.”
We booked this place as it is one of the closest hotel to hop on to the shuttle bus to the airport (walking distance). The hotel room were decent for the price I paid for it and I’ve got no complaints but the walls are rather thin. We were rudely awoken by some unruly “drunk” patrons near our room that were shouting in the wee hours in the morning.

Great Location, OK hotel”
The hotel location is perfect, within a hundred metres of the tram/bus/metro/airport shuttle. Everything you could possibly need is close by. The hotel is ok, not the cleanest but would definitely stay again. The only down side is that we got given a tiny room which was nothing like the photos or size indicated on Agoda. After complaining, we were moved to a bigger room but it was still nowhere near the size as indicated in the photos/description. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
