The room I booked specifically was a Double Bed Room, and we got two single beds. There was no phone to call reception. There was no airconditioning, not even a fan. No ventilation, beside windows. Finally, we were there for two days, not a single person cleaned up our rooms. The location is great, beyond that, not much to brag about.

Nice and clean hotel with kind staff, very central in Flensburg with a nice view of the harbor. Only negative is the very soft beds if you are used to sleeping on hard ones i suggest you ask for that or you are going to have a bad time. All in all good value for money.

This is a great clean comfortable hotel right in the middle of flensburg , it overlooks the harbour,, walking distance to everywhere. If u want a quiet room in central flensburg ,it's just fine.

This was a fairly centrally located hotel. I was blessed with a great view of the waterfront and you can see all the pretty boats moored in the little harbour. the staff were very friendly and helpful ...all of them! There was also free wifi in room which is great and useful. My only suggestion is for the hotel to upgrade the TVs to newer ones with larger screen, so that I can hook up my laptop etc to play my video files.

Very Good Location, Near by Parking House at Hotel Rate of 7 EUR/Day. Breakfast average only. Like typically dull bread offering and the usual not quite freshly cooked scrambled eggs and same apply to soft boiled eggs, having been on display too long.. This kind standard is found at many hotels. The Best thing about the Hotel is surely the location and convenient parking.

This is an ok city hotel with central Flensburg within walking distance. The hotel it self is no more than ok - rooms are fine with good beds and nice bathroom, breakfast too expensive. Staff reluctant to find solution to very cold room...

My wife and myself celebrated a weeding anneversary there, and enjoyed it fully, nice and helpsome staff, good location close to the harbour and shopping, and the breakfast were over the top, nothing missing there.

it a nice hotel with good location next to the walking street. I didn't like the bed and hate there pillows. Pillows are too big and low, I really cannot sleep. There is a parking building next to the hotel, we need to pay a little money for parking. We got free extra bed for our daughter and that was a nice one.

Disaster”
Two rooms booked as a colleague would arrive the following day. Because I hadn't taken the key for the second room, the non-fundable booking was cancelled without notice, which meant my colleague arrived to a fully booked hotel. Terrible service. Only recommended for whose willing to take the risk.

Kom till hotellet kl 1520 och rummet var inte klart, skulle få vänta 30 min. Frågade om man kunde köpa en öl under tiden men det gick inte, vi hänvisades till hamnen. Frukosten bra men kostar 15 euro + skatt per person ............ Otroligt varmt på rummen då det saknas AC eller fläkt. Det enda bra med hotellet är läget.
