Can rent bikes, clean, decent room. The placement is the only negative, I think. While easy to get to, it is a bit "off grid", and in a pretty urban and not so nice area. Otherwise pretty good.

Everything is still new, so cleanness is not an issue. Rooms were standard Japan size, so no complaints. For the price I could book, the room was definitely worth the money. You are two subway stops south of Kyoto station, but that is really the only downside (it is still nor far). On the other hand, you can walk to Inari shrine whereas people with a hotel in the center need to take trains to get there.

Great staff but not necessarily the most value for money choice”
The hotel rooms are very clean and new. However, it’s not located in the most convenient locations (virtually no shops or eateries nearby). With this location (and with a private car park) I would have expected the hotel to provide cheaper or even complimentary parking service for its guests. A public bath, which is a very standard facility in hotels of this rank, would also add points. And best if check-out time could be delayed by an hour. The staff are nice though. One of them even volunteered to look up more tourist info for us after providing us with preliminary info.

バイクで行き、駐車場はないかなと思っていたら、受付の方が来られて、500円ですが停めていただいていいですよと言ってくださいました。とてもありがたかったです。部屋も綺麗でした。朝食も感染症対策でビュッフェではありませんでしたが、和洋折衷の美味しい朝食でした。目の前にコンビニもあり、ご飯屋さんも１０分程度歩けばあるので、問題なしでした。

スタッフの方がとてもご親切にしてくださり、大変助かりました。終始丁寧なご対応で、一流ホテルマン並の雰囲気と安心感のある、素晴らしいスタッフ様でした。 一点残念だったのは、バスルームのシャンプーボトルに黒く太い髪の毛が一本ついていたこと。あまりに目立っていたのでボトルの模様かと思ったら違いました。 京都駅や名神インターからも近く、お部屋は静かで言うことなし。シングルのお部屋も十分な広さ、ベッドも大きく寝心地が良くて、ぐっすり眠ることが出来ました。 それにしてもホテルマンさんが好印象でした。 またぜひ利用させて頂きたいです。
