Like: - Staff was very helpfull (Miss Rifa) she was great! - Toilet non bidet, but with water spray (more comfortable) - View from the room was quite good - Location is very strategic - AC inside the room was great! Only took short time to be very cold. Nice Dislike - Breakfast menu option was so so - Room quite small - Room not so soundproof - Shower was too big and the water splash was not fine

I stay i arthama hotel for 3 nights , room clean , bed clean and comfortable, bathroom not so much clean but after ask they cleaned it , nice staff and helpful and kind . AC work well and there is a small refrigerator which not easy to find in other hotel with same price.. I highly recommend this hotel it's deserving to try

This is the perfect hotel for you who has business activity near Tanah abang. The hotel location is near with Tanah Abang station. the room is clean but there is no foot mat. I personally need it after taking a bath.

The receptionist room is really clean and having good aromatic smell, the room is really clean, the aircond is running well, hot water is perfect and i can feel the sophistication there. However, I just get my towel at 8 pm, so i need to wait to have a shower
