Nice hotel 1 staff very unhelpful ”

In general this hotel is nice, clean but no air conditioner or phone in the room. We experienced 1 unfriendly and unhelpful staff. We wish to use the hotel reception phone to order for food because we arrived late and this hotel do not have restaurant but the staff ( her hair is blond ) said unfriendly twice that the hotel do not have a phone ! She never smile and behave very annoying . Try to avoid her then your stay will be pleasant because other staff was very nice

Nice overnight stay”

I only spent one night there. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was nice and clean.

Would go there again. Breakfast is not included but can be booked separately. Rooms are nice and clean and quiet. Hotel is not far to downtown Nuremberg. Good location for exploring.

Art Motel”

clean, free parking, wireless, free coffee and fruit
location of hotel and parking, atmosphere not as advertised, sound privacy, beds

THe Hotel was in walking distance to the old town, and also very clean, but the location is also in the poorer turkish part of town which didn't bother me but might disturb others. Staff was friendly, but young and inexperienced. Wireless reception is good and easy to setup. Sound insulation isn't very good, you can here every step somebody make in the hallway. Beds were way too soft for my standards, and even though it was declared as a double it was actually two single beds pushed together. The parking was free, but on a dirty lot behind the rail tracks where people dump their trash. Wouldn't leave an expensive car there overnight. Calling itself an Art Hotel is more of a gimmick, as true art lovers won't find any charm or good artwork here. It's more of an Art Motel. But I guess the design matches the price range of this establishment. Breakfast is simple and ok, but too expensive at 9€.
