Pleasant Stay”
Staying for 1 night at Artotel Mangkuluhur during Christmas Eve with my sister. We booked for the renovated room, Artsy Studio. Lucky for us to be able to check in at 1 PM. There were many things that make us happy while staying here. The room is spacious that I think it might accommodate up to 3 persons and the sofa near the window is really perfect for reading spot. The TV at Artsy Studio is smart TV that I think is the most satisfying part while staying, because the cable TV channel selections are not varied. We found out that there were also several things that weren't quite meet our expectation during stay: The bathroom is also spacious and already included with bathtub. But seems that there is something wrong with the drainage. It was little bit smelly once we entered the room but it is not long lasted and not too disturbing. Maybe it was too dry when we entered. And the water flow at shower booth was not that smooth that we have to use our feet to support the water flow to the drainage (It might not be a big deal for some people). The breakfast that they served was great but I think it will be better if there are staffs standby at live cooking section. We got waffle and pancake that were not freshly cooked. They were hard and tasted like from the fridge. The same goes with sushi, the rice was like they just served it from the fridge. However, we had a pleasant stay and will be back again for sure. This hotel Located in the heart of jakarta, clean, wide and easy to access. The only challenger is the towel not provided until 6.00PM, this should be improved. But overall good, breakfast also serving variety of foods.

Old but well maintained”
Staying in the hotel is great. Although its an old hotel, but they maintain it very well. Cleam room, clean bed, cozy room, sound proof from outside, AC is great. I had a well sleep during my last stay in the hotel.

every time I went to Jakarta I always stay at this hotel bcos of many things . the location is just so good , u can go anywhere easily from this point , the staff is very well behaved I always ask this and that but they fulfill all my request happily . but I think cleanliness inside the hotel room need to be improved , last time there was quite a disgusting liquid stain on the carpet in my room . but overall I highly recommend this hotel

its nice experience to stay in artotel mangkuluhur, we want to go on concert in tennis indoor senayan, the location is near GBK area is perfect to do some activity there .. the room is very nice and luxurious, all the interior is cool, the bathtub, the curtain, the mirror in the bathroom that can switch between transparant and solid by press the switch, also others have modern style touch.. the lift had a chair like so you can sit while waiting, the resto is nice and the food is great too, i dont swim but the pict is nice..

when I book this hotel, and saw the price that they offer, I didn't have any high expectation. when I came, the lobby not to bright, a bit dark, and looks old. But my expectation change by the time I entered the Room. it looks quite new, with new carpet. get in to the bathroom, and there you are.. big bathtub, and still looks very new. and when I turn on the TV, this one that amaze me most, they already put an android TV, complete with youtube and netflix in it. well you will never get bored being in the room whole day I guess :)
