I love how they care my belongings and when I received my consignment from online shops. Early check in is free. I was checking in at 10 am. Food taste is better than other hotel I ever stay. 9/10 the only drawback is this hotel is old, i felt kinda horrible about the vibez.

I came late for the room, as i asked for a deluxe room with ocean view, couse i want to enjoy sunset in losari beach, and my room been upgrade to suite room, the room is very big, with a living room and pantry, and one bedroom, so we have two window to enjoying our sunset, from our living room and our bedroom, the bathroom so much space with bath tub, what i dont like is a swimming pool is kind for a fun and for kids, cant swim for sport and the restaurant for breakfast very full of people seem theres an even..

Stay 2 Nights (Fri-Sun). Staffs are helpfull, although took a long time for checked-in. Old hotel but still good for stay. Few rooms has an air con problem, which is the controller are broken. Also with the old furnitures inside. Swimming pool? Too small. Hotel location are superb. Placed in the city centre of Makassar. Easy to reach places around. Food are good. They serving local & international menu. Will be much better if they improve the building and facilities.

Superb location and great atmosphere ”
I had a good experience in this hotel. All the facilities were good except a lift. Only one lift was exist without no reason. So you can imagine how that one lift was serving entire people. One issue that I need to complain about is the extra benefit during Ramadan. I got a message within my booking receipt that Every guest will get iftar and suhoor for free. In reality, we only had a suhoor without iftar. I’ve tried to confirm but the answer was” the hotel doesn't have a cooperation with any agency “. It sounds ridiculous because of the message on my booking receipt.

My bad experience... I left 2 pairs NEW shoes in the boxes...Room 331. The next day, I called the hotel , they promised to check & call me back. No feed back from them. I called them 3 times. Lastly, they informed me that they just found 1 pair only. I 'm not satisfied because I bought 2 NEW pairs of shoes & put it together in 1 paperbag. I'm really frustrated!!

Condition of Shower at room not properly and drain of the bathtub was not good. Breakfast not much choice. And the cover of bed was not cleaned..

Not a 5 star hotel”
Condition of the hotel is average. There are only 2 lifts for many guests and no option to use stairs. The gym is in the basement and there are many people walking through the gym while you are using it. They do not have many of the food items listed on the room service menu, the food is expensive and it comes to the room cold. The internet is not smooth and I could not connect for an entire day even though the staff told me I could. Not worth the money at all.
