A Hotel With Bang for your Buck”
i stayed in the ascent inn sapporo for 5 days and 4 nights. the price was great and location could not have been better because. so we were still close to the action without actually being in the middle of it when it came time to return to the hotel/take a break from everything. the staff were also very accommodating and, though breakfast is not offered, convenience stores and a small mall with a food court are very near and the hotel staff always let my group come back from the stores to eat breakfast in a meeting-style room to the left of the front desk area. all in all, a great hotel and i'd go back again.

Convenient Hotel Away From The Hustle-Bustle”
We went to Sapporo for the annual Snow Festival and, while most hotels hike the prices a bit at the this time, we found this hotel to be quite reasonable. The trade-off is being away from the city center but it's only 3 subway stops away- hardly a hassle. The staff was very accommodating and turned down the heat in our room while we were out sightseeing after we had asked how to do so earlier. They even allowed us to eat breakfast we had bought at a nearby conbini at a table usually reserved for meetings in their lobby. The bed was a bit small for two people but was more than comfortable for one.

Clean but very very small and not suitable for 2”
The hotel staff was really nice and the location was good, but the room was absolutely tiny. We didn't have as much of a problem with the room itself (we were already used to tiny rooms), but the bed itself, while advertised as a semi double, wasn't a double in any way, at least not for 2 people. For an extra $5 that it would have cost somewhere else, we could have gotten a regular double bed an it would have been more comfortable. Since we were only staying in that hotel for a day (we were at a different one in Sapporo before, but our last night wasn't available), we didn't bother looking for a new one, but we wouldn't go there again, at least not for this room. Their double rooms may be perfectly fine.

Good, budget hotel for travellers”
There was nothing really to complain about with this hotel. The rooms are about standard size for a Japanese hotel (just big enough for two people) and clean. The hotel is right next to a train station with easy access to Sapporo city and the airport.

Nice Pleasant Stay”
Room 609 facing main road. Traffic Noise under control with window closed (Autumn). Typical of Jap , room anf toilet are small. Clean n towels changed daily. Hotel in just stone throw in front Aeon supermarket. if you are coming from Otori station..take lift to Exit 1 and hotel is just 100m in front and Aeon is on yr right. Foods less 20% after 1730 -1800 onwards. Surroundings quiet. For better food selection ..go Susukino station exit 4. Hotel recommended.

good location, it's near the train station and super market.you can go to the center of the city in the short time and after 22 o'clock, you can buy the discount food at the super market. it's good and smiling staffs. the room is clean and comfortable.the price is reasonable. it's good facilities.

Decent hotel, at a reasonable location”
The hotel is located quite close to the city centre and shopping district. There's even free parking for hotel guests as well, though if the nearest parking is full, you may have to park 5 mins. walk away. Other than that, the hotel is decent for sleep and rest, nothing spectacular, but there's nothing more to ask for such a price range.

100 m. from subway Higashi sapporo”
I booked 5 rooms for 10 person. Hotel is very close to subway, we have a lot of luggage and no problem to walk to hotel at all. The room is Japanese standard but the bed is very small for 2 person. The room at the end of corner of building seems to have more space that other rooms. Supermarket closing time at 24:00, famous cake shop is not far from hotel but I have no time to go there. We have pleasure time to stay in this hotel

No frills hotel, but clean with complete room amenities. as mentioned, location is just across subway station and next to big shopping mall Aeon. I had no problems getting from the airport and into the city using public transport. Slept like a baby as environment was quiet and none of the rooms faced the main road. Had a delicious value for money lunch at a homely restaurant 1 block away off the main road, frequented by locals. Menu simple and in Japanese ( handwritten with drawings!), but the young lady manning the counter could speak English, which was a great help.

The hotel is located in residential area so you can experience how people live in there. Room and lobby are clean and tidy. Every Staffs are nice and willing to help you. It is also close to subway station instead of JR line so it's convenient

Not great, but not bad either”
My flight from Hokkaido was cancelled so I had to look for a place to stay. This place was the most inexpensive one and although the bed was super hard, I think it was a good value for the money considering it's in Sapporo. The staff was nice, but didn't speak English very well. Overall it was okay.

Convenient and worthwhile ”
Next to subway and Aeon Mall. Very convenient. However there are limited in-house basement car parks available. But the hotel does offer free car park support that's 200m away from the hotel. Helpful and friendly hotel staffs.

Close to higashi-Sapporo station”
Aeon is next to the hotel. 200m walking distance to higashi-Sapporo station. Room is small, the bed is hard (not so comfortable). Staff are friendly. Other than these, everything just fine.

the hotel is very close to underground station, so it is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful getting us to where we wanted to go. By the way, there is a big supermarket near this hotel, very close.
