Pleasant stay at Hotel Ashley”
Stayed at Ashley hotel with my daughter for a very short period (early evening to early morning) but we loved it. The front office was very friendly and helpful. He upgraded our room to executive room on the 5th floor. The room (including the bathroom) was spacious and spotless. The bed was big and comfortable, aircon and WiFi work well, and breakfast was good (bento box with rice, sweet n sour fish, vegetables and fruit). The hotel is located at the city center. There are convenient store, coffee shop, restaurants and food sellers within walking distance which makes it very convenient. The hotel is beautiful and has some "instragamable" spots for taking pictures. Unfortunately, we didn't have much time to do that. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay. We will definitely come back again next time we go to Jakarta.

A very beautiful hotel”
We really enjoyed our stay at Ashley Hotel. The property is nicely decorated. It's small but very beautiful. The location is top notch and the staff is extremely helpful. Please keep up the cleanliness and the property itself. The shower in my room was a bit wobbly so it'll be sad to see if the place is getting damaged. But overall it was a lovely stay and definitely will come back to stay.

I would highly recommend this. the service & the people is so helpful and friendly. the view's also beautiful. very appropriate for a place to relax, rest and a little get away from work. seems to be coming back again. and this is so important : this place is cleaned using disinfectant. Ashley Sabang located in Agus Salim (Sabang) a famous area with hawker food stall so we have a lot of choices of food in the heart of Jakarta. Close to most places in Jakarta too. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room also spacious, tidy and clean. Highly recommended and will definitely return to Ashely Sabang.

Overall, I had a great experience in ashley sabang; Housekeeping, Front Office and Security staff was incredibly helpful & friendly, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to staycation. i would reccomend this hotel to my friends, and i'll be back soon.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Ashley Sabang. After a long day walking around Jakarta city, you'll feel very relaxed the moment you enter the hotel promise. Bright lights, nice decor & scented aroma in the lobby and hallway, though I assume the smell might be a little too strong for some. Rooms are very spacious, pillows & mattresses were comfy, temperature can be controlled, tv channels are ok. Hotel is walking distance to nearby eateries and marts. Cons - Nothing major but the shower does not have any glass door separating the toilet so everytime you took a shower it will be a little messy, my bathroom mat is drenched on daily basis. For breakfast - not much variety, mainly catered towards Asian taste buds, not so much for Westerners, although they do cater to prepare your eggs according to your liking. The dining area is very small so it can get easily crowded during peak season, which I'm fortunate enough to not experience.

Friendly, efficient staff and simple -yet-lovely room”
Check-in was smooth and swift, thank you, Mr. Front Desk Agent! The lobby smelled so good, and that was the first thing I said to the Agent when checking in. Got upgraded because the room type I wanted was fully-booked. And the suite has a Nespresso machine., which was a nice addition. Location was on a one-way street, full with different warungs, diners, and restaurants to eat. The newly renovated Sarinah mall is 600meters away, and more places to eat are there. There's a cinema as well in the area. Had a pleasant stay throughout.

New hotel with very friendly staff and great location”
This hotel is great. New hotel with friendly staff, AC is great (we stayed at Sari Pacific previously and the AC and bed were terrible), breakfast was ok (unless you stayed at 5 stars hotel you’re not gonna get much in Jakarta), and for those of you that likes good mattress this hotel have decent one, great location the only think is that if the staff asked you which side of rooms you want don’t pick the one facing the Sabang street ( that is the busy street in front of the hotel) because in the am you will hear all kind of noise when you’re trying to sleep in.
