Ashley Tanah Abang is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location which we really enjoyed staying in. Breakfast is delicious and there's a lovely pool too. Above everything though we want to express our deep appreciation to Inggrit and her colleagues at reception for going above and beyond to help us retrieve a phone we left in a taxi. Inggrit was a real star who went out of her way spending considerable time using phone, email and text to resolve this issue for us. She personally handed the phone back to us and then made sure we were organised with our taxi for our onward journey the next day. Thanks so much Inggrit and everyone at Ashley Tanah Abang.

New & Best Environment ”
They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out late at like 5pm . Plus, before that i got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat. Thank you

i was stayed with my ladies friend come from Holland. hotel.was great and newbuilt, clean and quite also helpful staff. only please more seats in lobby area. room was super, clean, big comfort and nice sleep. only they dont have minibar for superior room, deluxe and up+ are avail, thats bad u can keep cold drink. but overall this hotel is way more convenience and nice to stay.

I stayed for 4 nights with Ashley Tanah Abang good location, friendly staff especially with Ms. May she was so helpful, the room so spacious I brought my parents and sister no need for the extra bed, and the housekeeping staff I forgot his name he's so kind he offered how many water and towel bcs we were 4 usually in other hotel they'll just give only 2 bottles. Honestly the thing that I don't like from the room is not soundproof I can hear what's happening outside the room, upstairs, and next room.

4 star that feels almost like a 5”
This new hotel by Ashley is decorated carefully to bring that upscale feeling from Lobby, to Dining Area, to fitness room, to Swimming Pool, and finally to the room floors. Every area is photo friendly. Breakfast is great also with eggs, sausages, and other dishes. We left a jacket in the room and when we called they promptly check and find it for us, so fully satisfied with the staff services also.

Newbuild Hotel with great location”
I was booked for 2 nights. It was a great staycation at Ashley Tanah Abang. A newbuild hotel with strategic location. The room is spacious and clean. The staff was also friendly. My feedback is the breakfast that supposedly improve, less variety of menu and not too tasty especially for local food. Hope they can improve their menu for breakfast. Overall, i was enjoy to stay at Ashley Tanah Abang.
