Best family hotel in Cirebon”
Our children are very happy to vacation in Cirebon because they know they will stay at Hotel Aston Cirebon. The facilities for children are complete, from swimming pools, mini zoos, playing soccer, mini pedicabs, painting, coloring shirts/piggy banks, horseback riding, sail tancep, archery, mini golf, etc. During school holidays, there are special events, such as feeding rabbits and turtles, decorating cupcakes. So much having fun, they said. I noticed that the hotel team taking care of the animals, they care for the animals in the hotel. The hotel staff who assist at the swimming pool are also helpful. On the first day, our children swam alone without us, their swimming floats were still deflated, and the pool staff immediately helped inflate their floats. It feels calm to bring children on vacation at this hotel because the staff on duty care about their little guests. As for us, the parents, we are comfortable with the spacious and large rooms, not cramped because we bring children with all their vacation equipment. During breakfast, the food menu is varied and delicious. Salute to Mr. Aria's team who quickly check the empty food, also to the chef team at the egg station during our stay (April 27-30, 2023), they are ready with requests for omelets/fried eggs that keep coming 😂👍 The hotel staff also quickly help handle our luggage and help think about the composition of our luggage and souvenirs when putting them in the car trunk. Also the concierge team when we leave our belongings in the freezer or when we leave our belongings. These things may seem small, but they are actually important because they affect the level of trust when staying at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process is also fast and easy. During our 3 stays at this hotel, we have never experienced any difficulties. We ordered everything through agoda.com. We have stayed at Aston Cirebon Hotel 3 times at the request of our children. They are happy to be there, and it will definitely be a memorable experience for them.

Children's favorite hotel”
We came to this hotel for the second time, specifically at the request of our children. The facilities are okay, with a swimming pool, mini zoo, horse riding, coloring activities, mini pedicab rides, ball games, archery, all of which were enjoyed by our children. As for the parents, we found the hotel to be quite clean, with a fast check-in process, free parking, and a pleasant breakfast.

Best Aston I've ever stayed in!”
So far from Aston branches I've tried in Jakarta, Bandung, Bogor, Bekasi this Cirebon branch is the best with a large pool, so many kids activities around it and they're all in one place so very easy to navigate and we don't need to walk too far from lobby. Exceptional”
One of if not the best and definitely the largest hotel in Cirebon area. Check in process is easy, they immediately upgraded my room and i have no complain about that 😆 The lobby was clean, the room is also perfect. My children had a great time. The covid protocols are also good and made my family feel safe. The only downside is they allow people swimming with their clothes (shirt) on which for me is kind of disturbing and not hygiene thus i had to forbid my son to swim. The breakfast was above average but i expecting a little bit more "cirebonese" cuisine. All in all it was a great stay, definitely will comeback there and recommend anyone to stay there!!

Always staying here while in Cirebon”
Our second time staying here and overall experience was also good as the first time. Staffs were excellent, they recognize i was pregnant and helped a lot especially when we were check-in late in a rainy day and i have to carry my sleeping toddler while my husband park the car. Simple gesture like opening and holding the door and offering me a seat near the check-in counter was much appreciated. Breakfast was also good except for the sushi. A lot of outdoor activities for my toddler: swimming etc but one thing’s missing is the indoor playground. Minus point is the leaking faucet and slippery bathroom, better to watch out the children when entering the bathroom. I never think of any other hotels than Aston when staying in Cirebon.

Spacious room, clean, strategic location, helpful staff, completed facilities. BUT dont have elevator access to car parking. Its make difficult while we bring some suitcase from basement to ground without elevator.
