I was not staying at this hotel.. when I was arrive the receptionist say that the room was full.. so I was trying to found another hotel nearby there.. so please refund my money.. the receptionist told me that they will inform Agoda re this case... I hope getting a good feedback soon

Kami transit Di hotel ini sebelum melanjutkan ke tawangmangu dan candi cetho,hp tertinggal di kamar tetapi Alhamdulillah tidak hilang,krn pihak hotel nenyimpannya,really appreciate for That.sarapan lumayan,soto ayam, utk harga kamar yg murah.

ketika check in saya mengalami hal yg kurang menyenangkan. saya di tolak dengan alasan kamar sudah penuh dan tidak ada konfirmasi dari pihak agoda ke atina homestay, padahal malam sebelumnya, saat saya terima konfirmasi via email dari agoda saya langsung telpon ke atina hotel bahwa saya sudah booking kamar via agoda. setelah menunggu cukup lama barulah saya di antar ke kamar hotel. semoga hal ini tidak terjadi lagi.
