I booked this based on the reviews and high google ratings etc. I was really disappointed. Got to my room and the bed wasn’t made properly. Fitted sheet just lying on top of the mattress, exposing about 15 inches of the top of the mattress (pillow area). Fitted sheet also not tucked into the sides of the bed so the moment you move it all bunches up and you’re laying on the bare mattress. Thought it might be a one off but after housekeeping attended on the second day, same thing again. Really sloppy. I know this sounds precious and first world problems but surely a basic in a 5 star hotel is that the bed is properly made. I don’t want to have my upper body and face just lying on the bare mattress and having to remake the bed each day. The King bed I had booked was actually two single beds pushed together. So during the night they pushed apart. The shower smelt of drains/sewage. I wouldn’t stay here again. You’re basically paying for the location, which is great. The pictures look grand etc. but reality is, the rooms just don’t work. The layout etc and the uncomfortable mattresses make this probably one of my most disappointing hotel choices.

Convenient place to stay”
The hotel is close to parliament, around 2-3 mins walk. The room is clean but it's a little bit complicate to find . Also there're stairs in the entrance, which is not friendly to customers who has heavy luggage. The sound is a little bit loud and u can hear when u passby other rooms

With only one night in Budapest, we wanted to be in the middle of it all, in a nice place, without spending $400. This hotel exceeded our expectations and made our short stay that much sweeter. Would return and stay here!

Casi perfecto”
El hotel se estrenó hace una año o así y es muy agradable. El comedor, un lujo total. El desayuno bastante bien aunque se podría mejorar (calidad de los zumos, café, chocolate caliente...). El personal súper amable (sobretodo Bruno). Lo único es que nuestra habitación tenía el baño y el armario diez escalones más abajo que la cama lo cual resulta bastante incómodo.

El hotel Es bellísimo y el personal una maravilla desde que llegas te reciben perfecto con una sonrisa y eficiencia y con el plus que pueden hablar español , ayudan asesoran es un plus del hotel . El desayuno estaba muy bien y la habitación lindisima . Súper recomendable

N’est pas un véritable 5 étoiles Les chambres ne sont pas toutes équipées d’une baignoire comme visible sur les photos - Odeur désagréable dans la chambre à cause des canalisations. - Il faut faire la queue pour le petit déjeuner(c’est la première fois de ma vie que je dois faire la queue pour le petit déjeuner dans un hôtel) - Le téléphone de la chambre ne marche pas - Ménage oublié malgré la pause du petit carton « clean my room » - il manque des ampoules dans la chambre, emplacement de l’ampoule est rebouché avec un scotch - il manquait également une chaise Cet hôtel ne mérite vraiment pas cinq étoiles

地下鉄駅近く、観光にとても便利でした。また国会議事堂側で日暮前の散歩も安心でした。ホテルの設備シーツはとても綺麗でした。朝食はパンとチーズは美味しかったです。ホテルスタッフは明るく感じがとても良かったです。

고풍스럽고 좋네여 주간 프런트,여성 분들은 친절한편이나 야간에 있는 남자분은 단순히 와인오프너빌려달랬는데 바에가서 따래나뭐래나 바텐더를기다리라고 ㅡㅡ30분기다리다가 여자직원와서 오프너 카운터에서빌렸어요
