Nice pension in a great position allowing you to visit astonishing beauty beaches. Kindness of the owners deserves a special mention. I stayed in a double room because I wanted to have a private bathroom but shared bathrooms and showers are large and clean. Recommended to people who like to share a familiar atmosphere.

Perfect for solo travelling”
Very comfortable stay and close to the beach. Snorkelling is not possible at the main beach, so the owner drove me to a snorkelling beach nearby. Fridge and microwave are useful but not much in the way of supermarket type food in Kabira Bay. The owner also allowed to borrow his bicycle to go to another beach. Friendly family atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Good budget option for Kariba Bay”
Kariba bay is a beautiful and underdeveloped area of the island. With only a few places to stay in the area, Lulaliya is a great option for the budget conscience. Really friendly staff and it's walking distance to the bay and the few restaurants they have in the town / village. Room was fine, felt like it was in between a traditional Japanese hotel room with shared bathroom and a western style hotel room. Would stay again.

The Owners made the difference! They speak great English & have lots of helpful info!”
They provided maps of local amenities / F&B options and even advice for bus travels (which can be a little tricky to understand at the start). Most content in Ishigaki is in Japanese, hence native English speakers do struggle to make sense of things. However, the owners here are so customer-centric, helpful, and give useful advice. I’m in deep gratitude of their hospitality and awesome advice for tourist. Sure, you can buy an good expensive room somewhere else, but can not the host give a lost traveler that much sound advice? Hardly. Not to mention, lots of food options around, KABIRA BAY IS STUNNING yet peaceful. But if u r looking for a Ishigaki city location, then you might be looking at the wrong accom. option here. Given that I’ve been to both, I’d still choose and prefer to stay here in Kabira Bay (personal preference). Parting note: hope you guys are ok with shared shower and toilet facilities which tend not to be fully utilized so it’s almost like it’s yours...

The loveliest people”
Cant think of any other hotel in the world where the owner Ai San and her husband Togo San would invite the guests to join them for dinner at a local izakaya but that's happened here. In truth it was a quite time of year but testament to how lovely these people are. Firstly Ai San speaks excellent English and from the moment I arrived couldn't have been more helpful telling me how the idiosyncratic bus time table works (still managed to miss the bus to the airport) and where the good restaurant and beaches are. Kabira is a little piece of paradise though I can only imagine what it is like in warmer weather as I was here in January. Maybe it gets overrun and loses its charm but whatever it's like the hotel is perfectly placed in this small town. Yeayama beach is the best beach around there but is too far to walk and the bus schedule is useless for a days outing so make sure you have some kind of transport but the charm and all the accommodation is still in Kabira Bay.

Locations is very near to kabira beach, just as simple as across the street outside the hotel. The staff can speak pretty good English. First when I enter, they show me the map, show me which place is good for sightseeing, and which place we can go for dinner, very thoughtful.

Fantastic location. Just steps away from Kabira beach. Clean rooms and conveniently located in a quiet town yet close to all the conveniences, including, tour agency, bakery, bar, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Most of all, the staffs are most welcoming people. We had great fun staying here. Highly recommended.

This is a great stay so close to the most beautiful bay, that if you stay here & wake up early you have pretty much all to yourself… MJ is a great guy & wonderful chef…I had a dinner sampling of okra, squid & seaweed that was very nice…and I heard his ramen is delicious. Everyone else is so friendly & helpful too. They all make you feel at home & give good guidance of how to get around. It’s fun friendly vibes here!

Personnel très accueillant et sympathique ! A 2 minutes à pied de Kabira Bay et 10 minutes de bus de la plage de Sukuji. Attention ce n’est pas à côté du centre ville et les bus ne sont pas fréquents, mais c’est justement ce qui fait le charme du lieu: loin de l’agitation et du port, mais près des plages et situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme.

川平ロータリーバス停／川平湾からも近くて、一人でも気兼ねなく滞在できる。 共同のシャワー設備／トイレも広くて使いやすい。経営者のご夫婦がつかず離れずの程よい距離感で居心地が良い。コーヒーもセルフで飲める。飲食のスペース有り。連泊すると値段が安くなり、長い滞在がオススメ。 貸し出しのバスタオルがコットン製でないのでお水を吸いにくく体を拭きにくいのだけ気になった。 ぜひ、また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

位置方便行行川平灣坐玻璃船只須數分鐘，房間沒有電視但有露台可以掛浮潛用具及泳衣衫䃿，雪櫃飲水機在洒廊是供用的、如果住單人房則要到樓下公衆廁所梳洗，有一位男員工會說國語及介紹附近食店，民宿附近有巴士站因是自駕遊所以沒留意巴士往何處。
