Quiet, Clean Great value ”
This place is a hidden gem. With its own private road that leads to the sea. The rooms are quiet clean and pristine. Air con quiet and shower functions perfectly. The balcony is perfect for sunset cocktail Gazing at the ocean and listening to the birds. Far away from the crowds and noise of Bangkok. Will definitely be back.

Disappointing service”
I made the booking in the evening around 5 pm and informed the hotel staff that I would reach by 8 pm and I requested to keep the room ready. The staff acknowledged and said they had received the Agoda booking message already so they will keep the room ready. I reached a bit later at around 10 pm I think and to my disappointment the room was not ready. They started cleaning the room when I arrived. They were sweeping and mopping the room in front of me. Very disappointing. Another disappointing thing is that ask you to remove the footwear at the gate. I had to ask for a slipper to wear in the room. The stairs are not so clean and has dust everywhere so I hated to walk without the footwear. The breakfast next day was good and we were treated better because of the disappointing check-in. I did not have a good experience unfortunately.

Nice and neat room for couple”
The location of the Baan Sea Talay at first was a liitle bit hard to find but not far from the main road. Parking is limited but there was a security who always willing to assist you to find the spot. Reception is little and simple, there is no lift access to upper floor, you may find it a little hard if you have many luggages. You have to share living room with 5 other rooms and in the morning is a little inconvenience to having breakfast if at the same time. Breakfast is simple but does not meet the standard. They should have more variety or provide a bit more of choices. Lunch or dinner are not difficult to find around the place. Overall, if you prefer the clean room to stay, facilities like apartment and quiet place to stay, this place would be an ideal.

Family beach house”
Bann Sea Taley Service Apartment is a nice and cosy service apartment located on the beach front. The apartment can cater up to 8 ppl so it is nice for a family trip. If the whole apartment is rented out to you, the privacy its provide is excellent. The condition of the hotel is very good, clean and modern. The only con is that the hotel does not have a swiming pool. Bann Sea Taley service apartment would definately be on the top of my list if i go to hua hin for a family trip.

Quiet location and friendly staff”
The staff were very welcoming and accommodating and the room was very clean. There is easy access to the beach and while Baan Sea Talay does not have a restaurant, there are many small food/drink stalls nearby on the beach and the nearby Dutch restaurant is very pleasant.

Nice small hotel and very privacy. Location is not too far from Hua Hin Night Market and Cha-Am Beach. Should improve for breakfast. Less choice.

Overall”
A new hotel with the modern mixed with the contemporary styles. most of the room is in white color theme. Give you convenience to visit Hua-hin downtown and the seafood restaurant around with the affordable price. Free WIFI internet but you need to ask for it. The hotel staff works on 6am - 6pm and they will let you manage the front door which a bit risky. However, they have good security guards. Lack of sea view as it so close with the other buildings. If you decided to jump into the sea, there is no shower on the sea-aside. You have to get back to your room or go to the other hotels' beach front shower.

we had a weekend trip”
I was positively surprised. I made a last minute booking for weekend and was a litte concerned, beccause I knew the hotel didn´t have a pool, garden or lounge area. The room was good, the breakfast was good, and the sea was clean and just a few steps away. There was nowhere to buy any sand toys for child and the choice of restaurants in the area was very limited, but this is not the fault of the hotel. In the web page was said, that one has to pay full price for over 3 year old child, but I didn´t need to. Also staying late on Sunday was very easy with small payment. Staff helped to order a taxi too. This hotel is clerly popular amongst Thai people. Choose this if you are tired of other tourists :)

Great Services”
The hotel is in a great location for guess who like a privacy and quiet. It is about 20 min from the heart of Hua Hin, but one good thing is that it is close to the famous restaurant, named Sung Warn, which they have a really good seafoo. I reccomend this hotel !

Bad location”
the hotel is based between centre of hua hin and cha am. there are no restaurants or bars nearby. you always need to hire a taxi to drive to hua hin (200 thb one way) or cha am (250 thb one way). also on the beach (3 minutes walking) you can't rent any chairs or sunshade. size of the room is quite good and it was always very clean. only thai channel available in tv, wifi was not working during my stay. hotel staff was always very friendly. only american breakfast available.

Last minute reservation turned into great stay”
The rooms are great, well maintained, and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for an apartment like place to stay on the beach, this place is great. No extras like swimming pool, exercise room, etc. Do recommend a chair with a cushion in the room and in the breakfast dinning area. Little extras hear and there would be helpful like place in the shower for shampoo and soap, etc. More variety for breakfast would be good too. We had the same thing everyday.

Beach loacation but small room”
Not for a long stay - only 2 coat hangers in small wardrobe, no drawers of any size, no toilet brush,or place in shower for soap, shampoo etc. TV has 40 channels - none in English language -mostly Indian/local.No space for suitcases, very small bar fridge, no ice. No table or chairs in room - superior room has two on balcony. Not a good taxi service in Cha-am, so best self-drive as not near town centre. No good retaurants in walking distance. Not good value for money.

Good deal hotel room close to the beach ”
This hotel is very close to the beach taking just about 5 minutes walk from the room. It is very quiet and peaceful. The room is very clean as well as the hotel surrounding. Service team always smile and talk very nice to the guest. The security guards are also very friendly. Overall.. I'm happy with this hotel even though there is no swimming pool. but we got the beach

Lovely see sea side hotel”
Hotel is not standing out (easy to find) if you don't have you private transportation, forget about it! Over all staying is quite comfy for this price. Beach is so quite (almost a private beach, and it's not rocky at all unlike Hua Hin beach (city)

Value for money hotel a bit further from City”
had a tough time finding the hotel as the signage leading to the hotel is only in thai. however, nice new hotel which is more of standalone 3 storey houses converted to a hotel. great if you have your own car to travel around as they don't offer much of other services with a minimal breakfast in one of the houses. however, just beside the sea and good if you want to laze around and have a quite time.

the hotel is not quite in huahin. it's good if you have own transport. However, the room so clean and proper with the price. Hotel is nxt to beach and near the sighseeing place ( Palace) breakfast is small ABF set but just nice and enough. Staffs are so helpful and smile always
