Nice Place, Bad Management Service”
The villa was overall nice to stay. However, the management and staff did not helpful at all. We were planning to stay for 2-nights, however, the villa owner said only have 1 night and the other 1-night we can stay in Villa Rosenheim (under the same owner/ management) and we agreed. We thought they will be very helpful with the transfer process since both villa are under their management and the one who advised to book separately was also them. Turns out, they did not help us at all. They strictly want us to check-out at 12 PM then waited for 3 PM to be able to check-in at the 2nd Villa. We called the owner, explained that we are with family with lot of belongings, in in the mountain where we would go to wait for 3 hours with all whole family and belongings. They strictly did not let us to even early check-in at the 2nd Villa, eventhough, it was them who advise us to rebook separate Villa. Below expectation, pretty sure will not re-visit the villa.

We are sorry, but it seems that the guest did not understand our villa system. Our villas are under the same management, but located in different locations, and check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. The reason is that there are still guests in our villa. The reason early check-in is not possible is that we have to clean the villa between those 3 hours. When you checks out from Villa Baba at 12:00 and goes straight to Rosenheim Villa, of course, Rosenheim Villa guests has just checked out at 12:00, so our staff has to clean it. For example, when you stays at Hotel A and then goes to Hotel B the next day, check-in and check-out are available at Hotel B, so we have the same like that. You are not gonna re-visit again, it's fine, but I hope you stay at another villa/hotel, please understand first the system. Thank you

Bener2 recomended sih kalo dapet harganya kaya aku , cuman kalo kena weekend parah sih wajar puncak tp ya dimohon kebersihannya lebih detail lagi , sama pelayanannya kmrn air galon habis manggil2 minta refill gak ada yg nyaut penjaganya . Huhu Sama kolam kan kotor banyak daun kering jatuhan padahal mau bersihin sendiri tp jaringnya ngga ada .. ya kurang bersih aja gitu deh.. tp selebihnya masih wajar dan recomended pokonya ke aesthetic annya .
