The staff are good, they take care quite well. The front beach is not clean, lots of rocks and concert parts. There were a tourist group that took over entire space, put on music and treated the shared space like their own place. It was a bit annoying. Anyway, The room was clean and comfortable.

I had an amazing time at the Baby Grand Hua Hin Hotel. I looked for a while for a hotel in Hua Hin that had the waterfront location and view (At moms request). The hotel was very quiet and served a good breakfast on their beautiful patio next to the pool and ocean. What a view and setting. I would confirm with other reviewer's that this hotel is a little drive to the downtown area of Hua Hin. The location is difficult to get to but if you have your own car, this is the place to stay. The room was very clean and I liked the modern feel to all of the furniture and appliances. I would definitely come back and stay here at the Baby Grand Hua Hin Hotel. This hotel is smaller than the other hotels in the area and that is probably what added to the serenity and quiet location.

Cosy Beach Front Boutique Hotel”
We visited Hua Hin in December and picked this beach front hotel over the larger hotel chains. It has less than 20 rooms so it's very cosy and peaceful - no tour groups here and no loud music! There are good options for different room types (and views) to suit different needs. It is still relatively new and shows in the modern design as well as clean rooms and well kept hotel premises. It is literally beach front and the beach is 5 steps away from the hotel pool! Unlike the larger hotels where the beach can be quite busy, Baby Grand is the only hotel within a good couple hundred metres from the next hotel, so the claim of having a private beach may not be far fetched. Baby Grand serves only breakfast with options of American breakfast and Thai congee and was sufficient to meet the needs of fussy eaters. Both quality and quantity got full marks from the family. In terms of location, you need to travel about 5 mins by car from the main road to the hotel. And from the main road, it is about 10 mins south to the main town centre. I guess the trade off for a boutique beach front hotel is that it is not walking distance to the main thoroughfare, but once you make your way there, you will sense the peace and quiet.

Hospitable hotel”
I traveled in Songkran festival vacation.This hotel is fine design (tropical type, take care on details), good service & breakfast. Especially, staff & hotel owner are very friendly & hospitable. On Songkran festival, it's very hard to book a taxi, so the hotel owner don't mind to take us by their car. 1 disadvantage is the beach just appear in the moring til noon, because of the tide. But my children love to play at swimming pool so that's not a matter. I will decide to stay again when come back Hua Hin.

Short stay in Hua Hin”
It was a very good stay. Just one thing is that the restaurant was closed because the hotel was running very low occupancy. The breakfast has been honored no problem with that but the restaurant has a very nice front beach location so it is a small deception not to be able to enjoy of it. The room was very clean with a sea view. The garden is well maintained too. The staff is friendly. Recommended if you want a peaceful stay in Hua Hin as it is not next to the city center.

Romantic weekend”
The baby grand is easy to find as long as you are in the right area, saying that this hotel is a good way out of hua hin and the sights, a car is essential. On the good side if you want a lazy few days by the pool this is the place for you. The pool resturant is very good, the rooms are not over big but very adequate, room service is available. We had a very nice stay and have already recommended it to friends that are heading that way.

Beautiful landscape of hotel ”
Architectural and landscape design here is very beautiful by coastal style as well as a few rooms make this hotel very quite and private. But, the location is far from the main road and tourist attractions in Hua Hin as well as internet connection is unstable.

Great staffs, good views, bad location”
Its best with own car. The location is about 10 minutes drive from Hua Hin, although the hotel has one of the best sea views, quiet beach and almost private area. The breakfast was really good, staffs were very helpful and outstanding. The room was abit small but that was not a major concern, anyway it was clean. would recommend if you have your own car.

WONDERFUL HOTEL”
By car, about half hour from Hua Hin city center and you'll need GPS to find it. But well worth the effort. This is a great little hotel. New, clean,spacious, modern rooms. Right on the beach and has a pool. The breakfast is adequate. I would stay here again.

It's is a very small hotel so I don't expect much. Breakfast was ok. The Location is pretty good and quiet cuz they located before you enter city of Hua Hin took about 20 min to get in the hot spot like Malls or Night Market. By the way, i checked in partual seaview room, the bathroom is big more than my bedroom but other than that the hotel was cute.

Gorgeous boutique getaway right on the beach”
It's a really lovely place. Only downside is that it's a bit far from the town centre and a taxi/songthaew costs 300 baht. We were more than happy as we wanted a lazy poolside holiday and were happy to eat at the same local restaurant a few hotels down the beach every night. There is a small daytime menu at the Baby Grand breakfast bar but it's very limited. I imagine most guests go with their own transport anyway. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the setting was sublime and there was good attention to detail - a DVD library to borrow for free, big fluffy towels for the pool, subtle but funky music playing in the poolside bar through breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Excellent and I will return”
I will recommend this hotel to anyone who prefers an affordable and relaxing beachfront hotel. We reached there at night. No lamp poles therefore it was very dark and difficult to look for it. Due to its beachfront location, it took us quite some time driving from the main road. The interior and exterior are excellent and worth the value. Room, toilet, and all the common areas are extremely clean and neat so do the landscape and potted plants are well taken care of. The breakfast were nice too and were cooked to order. The order was placed on arrival at the previous night but kitchen could not meet their earliest timing of 7.30am for only 4 of us. Therefore we are late for departure to new destination for almost 1 hr. This is the only one weak point during our stay.

But room rate was too high comparing to the non facilities of the hotel. Pool is small. room is small. Very limited area. Kind of disappointed when you arrived. The hotel itself is not worth the price, should be 1000 Baht lower. Panorama view is not what they claim. It s just seaview from the balcany..not panorama at all. No view from your room if you booked normal room. Only good thing is the beach that you really can swim. Breakfast is good quality, not lots of selection but good. No in-house kitchen. You have to order from other restaurant near by. Or buy from outside. Staffs there are the best thing I like. Very helpful.

Very experienced vacationer in S E Asia and don’t normally give reviews but this hotel was so good for the price paid I want to give them credit Great room nice location bit far out so you need your own transport or taxis Beach 50 meters from rooms and hardly anyone on beach all day every day for 4 days sea clean but not ideal for swimming with children restaurant only open for breakfast but adjacent properties accessed by 5 minuets walk on beach have good restaurants open in the evening staff very helpful would recommend this hotel 5 stars
