Saya tidak berhasil check in dan sudah lapor kepihak agoda, disini tertera selesai padahal ketika kedatangan saya tidak tau harus mengkonfirmasi kemana karna tidak adanya contact dari property yang terlampir, setelah saya komplain akhirnya pihak agoda mengkonfirmasi property dan property mengatakan saya sudah berhasil check in padahal saya tidak berhasil check in konfirmasi pun tidak ada dari pihak property, semoga pihak agoda bisa membantu saya dalam menangani kasus ini, karna saya ingin semuanya direfund sangat mengecewakan sekali tidak recomennd!

Awalnya ragu sih gara² liat review di agoda nya, tapi beranikan diri aja buat booking. Eh ternyata bagus banget, room nya bersih, sprei,handuk,bantal semua bersih & harum. Peralatan lengkap. Owner nya juga ramah sekali. Cuman mungkin saran adanya penambahan kayak gelas, sapu lidi untuk bersihin kasur, dan lap meja untuk lap lap, jadi kalo guest nya suka bersih dan mau stay lama jadi bisa beres² sendiri. But overall its almost perfect, better than staycation on hotel maybe. Terima kasih ✨✨
