Great Service, perfect location and excellent staf”
I loved the hotel. location is more than perfect cause you hardly need any transportation to go to most places. you can walk. we only needed the bus tour to get to far away places. close to shopping and 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. front desk helped with everything, including getting us a taxi to teh airport, showing us directions to Barcelona attractions. the street the hotel is on (La Rambla) is the most alive street in Barcelona. Hotel room was almost perfectly insualted to sound. we can clearly tell the difference when you open one of the windows. the bed was very comfortable and the pillows are awesome. we had our 1 year old son with us and everyone in the hotel was being extra nice to him and made him laugh all the time. these small touches of kindness make you wanna go back.

The new generation hotel”
We were very surprise when we check in to this hotel, the staffs were very fluent in english, young and most important thing very eager to help you. The hotel itself located exactly in the middle of la Rambla street. It's the center of attraction in Barcelona, the room is quite big if you compare with the similar hotel in Paris or Rome, very modern design. The down point was the hotel is located very near with the subway line. You can feel the subway passing by every 3-5 minutes until their working hour stops. Definetely be back to this hotel !

Amazing Stay”
The hotel was amazing. Our room and bathroom was stunning. Great shower. Sound proofing from the street was exceptional, once the balcony doors were shut you couldn't hear a thing. Staff were friendly, helpful. Location is perfect, right in the centre of La Rambla. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Location, Good Service but Small Rooms”
Slap bang in the heart of La Ramblas, staying here allowed us to walk to most tourist sights and really feel Barcelona's kicking vibe. The service was great, front desk staff were well trained and very helpful. The hotel deco was modern and chic. Our double room was very small and compact so wouldn't recommend this hotel for families or people with a lot of luggage, but the bed was extremely comfy.

Great location and service”
We had a total of 5 days stay at the hotel, the staff service was really good. Everyone was very friendly and they were always there to help and answer any questions. Breakfast was great as the staff were always welcoming and lovely in the morning. Hotel is very good when it comes to security, as they lock the doors at night so that strangers do enter in randomly. We felt very safe. When we travel to Barcelona again we will be staying at this hotel again as it was in the best location for shopping and night life.

We had a fantastic stay at Bagues, found the staff really helpful, friendly and fun! Loved the little room with great views! Loved the little treats..yummy chocolates, roses and waited for the bubbles! Enjoyed the mini rooftop pool and terrace with fantastic views over Barcelona! We missed the fitness centre sauna and spa....with that it would be perfect!

Beautiful Hotel in Great Location”
located just off las ramblas, the location is great for the sightseer, or someone who needs easy access to public transport. as a business traveler, i enjoyed being able to step out of my hotel and have easy access to a lot of activity when not working.

We loved this hotel. The location couldn't have been better. Employees are nice and even though La Rambla is very crowded and loud, we didn't hear anyhting from our room, which was facing the street.

Great hotel in a great area”
I arrived very late and they had a beautiful room waiting for me. But when I got in bed, I finally noticed how loud it was. The noice was coming from the atrium part of the hotel, not the street. It kept me awake for several hours. First thing in the morning I requested to change rooms for my remaining two nights. They were apologetic and changed my room (although much smaller). I would stay there again - hotel staff were always pleasant and friendly. The location was perfect, especially for a long weekend stay.

Central Location”
overall an enjoyable stay, attention to detail required. stayed at bagues for several nights while sightseeing. we noticed the staff we came in contact with spoke english to us but spanish to each other and giggling. staff require further training to reach a professional level of a five star hotel. we also ordered ice and room service attempted to charge us 4 euro.

Stylish hotel in a great location”
a beautiful building that has been very tastfully transformed into a lovely boutique hotel. staff were very friendly and keen to help. the room was great, with a fab bathroom, with the added extra of a piece of art on display in the room. roof terrace was good, although the pool was very small (and cold!). it was slightly expensive, but all in all was worth it. i would go back there again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is located centrally which enables us to access everything near & far. We would definitely stay here again . The staff could not be more helpful & the facilities are great. However, this could be improved by having tea making facilities!

Good hotel , good location , but..”
i have lost a watch IN my room, and while i was on the airplane, few hours after checking out - someone was trying to activate my watch to his account.. a little disappointment.. the hotel's staff didnt find the watch (according to them) , but i am sure it was there (my child played with it at the last day , and i didnt left the room since.... till checkout) so.. good hotel , just like every other place - watch your things abroad.

Dear Sir, Thank you very much for having stayed with us. This is a very serious accusation without any proof. As we told you, we have not find anything in the room and as you told us, you were not sure if it was in your room, in your luggage, in your child’s luggage. The point of not being sure mean that it can have been lost anywhere and you only noticed it on your way back home.
