Beautiful w/a lot of pontencies”
Pro: - Near Borobudur, no need to wake up too early for Borobudur Marathon - Scenery was beautiful. especially in the morning. - The grounds and the ampitheatre. My children loved to play and run here n there. - the staffs were very polite and super helpful. they helped me buying food and groceries. con : - the property seemed not ready for big event like Borobudur Marathon, when Borobudur area flooded with people, full occupancies of rooms, and not enough electricity supply. We experienced power cut the entire night (on/off). they tried to get genset but it wouldn't help. luckily we are heavy sleepers, it didn't bother us too much. - cleanliness was poor, esp. in our room (srikandi). The room was outdated (my room. Other rooms seemed newly built and had more modern touch), ants everywhere (they nested in old wooden walls). This property had a lot of potencies if managed profesionally. upon checked out, they insisted to give my money back, to express their apology for all the inconveniences due to electricity matters. would I come back again? maybe when I see some improvements. thank you Balkondes Tuksongo.

Major Disappointment”
We had a horrible experience staying in this facility. They had a major electricity problem. Electricy was on and off every 2 minutes the whole time !!! At one time there was a power surge causing an electric plug to blow with a loud popping sound and heavy smoke. I thought it was going to catch a fire so I ran out of the room calling for help. But then they did nothing, only apology. This is close to criminal. This facility was not ready to receive guests.

A nice retreat in Borobudur ”
The place felt like a real secluded retreat with a mountain behind but close enough to Borobudur temple and lots of little villages. The house has a beautiful interior which feels authentic and comfortable. The outdoor spaces were delightful. I spent a lot of time relaxing and reading on the day beds in the warm sun. Gafar made me feel at home with his friendly welcome treats and his amazing escorting experience.

Sy pesan lewat agoda pd tgl 6 nov utk nginap tgl 17, dlm rangka mengikuti borobudur marathon. H-2 pihak penginapan membatalkan scara sepihak pesanan sy dgn alasan kamar sdh full, klo sdh full knp bisa sy pesan tgl 6 nov. Gila aja sy hrs cari penginapan di H-2 sblm acara borobudur marathon. Sampe tgl 16 sy msh bersih keras utk nginap disana krn sdh memesan kamar. Ttp di balas kmr mrk sdh full dgn alasan pihak hotel hanya memberikan jatah 10 kmr utk agoda dan pihak agoda menjual 28 kamar. Sbg pelanggan sy ga mau urusan dalam kalian. Itu masalah kalian. Tgl 17 baru sy dihubungi mrk mencarikan peninapan yg dkt hotel tersebut. Setelah sy sdh memesan hotel di daerah jogja yg nota bene sangat jauh dri lokasi acara borobudur maratahon. Sy merasa sangat dirugikan dgn prilaku hotel seperti ini, selain rugi biaya yg jelas nambah (hotel + transpor) juga rugi waktu. Sy sgt kecewa dgn pihak hotel dan pihak agoda yg tidak profesional dalam memanage pesanan pelanggan. Kapok memesan hotel di agoda lg.

Waktu cek in di balkondes tuksongo jam 6 sore tetapi dengan alasan mati lampu katanya ga bisa cek in ...kemudian kami minta pertanggung jawaban mereka mencari tempat penginapan di balkondes wanurejo ..tetapi saat cek out kami di harus bayaran tambahan biaya 50% dengan alasan lain management j..adi kami merasa kecewa

Bad experience indeed”
Pros: dekat dengan borobudur tetapi harus menggunakan kendaraan sendiri ke lokasi ini. Karena penerangan jalan belum ada penerangan jalan. Lokasi sekitar alamnya bagus di bawah kaki bukit Contra: homestay tidak terawat. Akomodasi kotor di lantai, atas tempat tidur ada kotoran cicak, di bawah tempat tidur banyak sarang labah2 seperti tidak terpakai lama. Listrik tidak stabil selalu mati-mati. Ada sarang lebah dan lebahnya besar di kamar mandi. Staf lambat ketika dilaporkan kondisi. Pada hari yang sama dgn check in saya tinggalkan lokasi ini dan cari akomodasi lain. Akibat hal ini saya kurang tidur dan ketika mengikuti lomba lari stamina buruk Tidak rekomendasi kecuali ada perbaikan.
