Comfortable Place”
Due to the pandemic (Covid-19) season, there was some understandable situation like : - Only few staff available (basic staff only) - No operational restaurant for the hotel, you need to go outside to find some foods. But, for your stay, this place is a very comfortable place, clean, and very good staff to serve you. Anyway, i got IDR 300++ for executive room from Agoda, and that was a very very affordable price. I hope the hotel can go through the pandemic and success in the future.

Good deal, good place”
I've got late check in, but it was super easy check in, less than 5 minutes. And they don't asked for deposit cash, means good. The room is well prepared. I've got the big room, surprisingly good. Good view in the morning, AC works hood, wi-fi was okay. It is an old building but they maintanance well. Overall, i would like to stay here again.

Pro : 1.breakfast very good in variaty and taste 2.big room and connecting room is best 3.AC is very cool really nice 4.room is clean and classic with jati furniture 5.big TV and channel Minus: 1. Need improve in facility like new kettle because the automatic on/off is broken and cause electrical off 2.the sanitation in bathroom is not really good especially in shower area 3.staff in pool is not update for kind of snack even price for snack package. Overall very worth compare with price and absolutelly will comeback if there is others promotion in Agoda Thanks Banana

Everything's ok with one little minor”
Everything' s ok, especially the staff. The pool water was very cold, my kid was freezing. But it's fine. The one that a bit bother us was the "hot" water in the room, which was only slightly warm.

I was very comfortable staying in this hotel, so I booked again for next week, because of the strategic location close to Lembang, and the friendly staff service and also the beautiful hotel. Just input for facilities like the gym to be more cleaned because last week there was a cobweb. Thank you banana inn :))

I like that the staffs are always ready with any question we have. The rooms are quite old but they keep the rooms well-cleaned. The location is near to the popular tourist areas in Lembang and Cihampelas. They put a fair price for being situated in a nice location and providing such a nice service.
